Calling this a FedEx is deceptive. It is a third party which does not offer typical FedEx services such as packaging. Infact, they don't even have boxes. And as others have mentioned they can't even print the label so I had to go to UPS for that. And even then, they wanted me to pay for packing foam after the packaging was already paid for.I tried calling in before coming to this location just to verify what services they offered. The number listed at this location goes to a bot which will take you in endless circles in a desperate attempt to keep you away from an actual human employee. I had to call the Walgreens and have them transfer me.When I asked what location could handle both packaging and shipping, the employee waved her hand North and told me she had heard there was a FedEx "somewhere in that direction". She couldn't even be bothered to confirm the address or whatever THAT FedEx was a "true" FedEx. Later, Google did indeed find a FedEx in that direction and surprise surprise the hours were wrong and it was closed on Sunday.This location performs the absolute minimum to qualify for a delivery service and deserves the absolute minimum rating.

Great customer service! It's a FedEx drop off center, not a full FedEx, so they don't have shipping materials and full printing services. It's actually run by the Walgreens employees, not FedEx-trained workers. But they're super friendly and helpful! I just use it to drop off my FedEx packages for work and I've never experienced any major issues. The biggest flaw is they seem to have limited pick up windows - especially over the weekend when they only pick up once in the AM on Saturday and not at all on Sundays. If you miss the window then your package won't go out until the next day, and if you miss it on Saturday your package won't go out until Monday. But again, it's a FedEx onsite location, not a full FedEx.
