The drop-off fee was $31 for a 19 lb box. Unbelievable. The postage itself was only $13. I would have appreciated a sign on the door with the drop-off fees so that I didn't 20 minutes for them to open only to get blind-sided by a crazy fee. I recommend walking 8 mins to the Convention Center FedEx.

They charge a $10 per package fee to "handle" your pre-packaged, pre-paid, packages. If you can walk to a different location, do it.

As everyone else has written, this place wants to charge you $10 to drop off prepaid, prepackaged, and completely pre-labeled FedEx shipments. At least the woman said she wouldn’t charge me this time since I didn’t know, hence the 2 stars and not 1, but it’s just kind of silly for a FedEx print and ship center to want to double dip on shipping costs already paid to FedEx. I understand maybe limiting size of packages you can accept because of the limited space, but there is zero logical reason to not act as a FedEx dropoff point when 95% of everything else has been done for them already.

Convenient, clean and friendly! I chose to try out this new FedEx location to print/ship since I live near the Hyatt Regency, and I’m glad that I did!PS - The staff didn’t mind that I brought my puppy along for the ride.

This Fedex branch was a total letdown. The staff there couldn't care less about helping out customers like me.I was the only one in line, but still had to wait for like 5 minutes before anyone bothered to help me. There were 3 dudes behind the counter and they barely acknowledged my existence.I just needed a shipping label. The guy at the counter told me to use their computers. There were these groups of people hogging the computer seats but not actually using the computers, but the guy didn't even bother telling them to move. So, I had to whip out my phone to generate the shipping label, which was such a pain. And the dude who told me to use the computer didn't offer any help when I had questions about the website. All in all, that Fedex branch was a total fail.

I know these hotel fedex always get bad ratings because of the service charge. Everyone gets mad about it but there's honestly nothing the employees can do about it. I had a good experience today with the lady that was working there.
