never on time with shipping my orders for my small business. Now they on strike and all my customers are upset with me about my package. I'm able to go pick it up but they said I have to wait until it gets closer to my home.

Went to the service center to pick up a package. Employees were super friendly, and pickup was easy. Didn't have any problems with my shipment either.

Speaking based off of customer service, the quality of work from DHL Express is great. Honestly they are better than UPS because UPS lowkey makes it so that you have to pay them money to pick up packages, DHL handles the issues and fixes it for sure and asks for updates about it. Top Tier service, ty K.B. for the help!
