Solid 3.5 stars. Car is well vacuumed and wiped down but $80 extra for shampooed seats and they don’t look much different at all. I bought the Groupon. $215 after they have you pay tax on the Groupon and the seats.

I just got my car back from Derek's and paid for the shampoo of my carpets and had a detail and wash and it looks horrible. It doesn't even smell clean. The seat pockets weren't even vacuumed out. The seats were not shampooed. Tires look horrible.

Derek’s Auto Detail is awesome! Jake & the team gave my Subaru Impreza the biggest glow up despite working with a ton of pet hair and dirt from farming accumulated over YEARS (thank y’all for your patience & perseverance, I know that was a lot)! I am so impressed with their service—super communicative, upfront and transparent about any added costs, and clearly detailing professionals. 10/10 will be back!

Charged me $200 for the detail and it definitely wasn’t worth it at all or maybe they didn’t care cause I’m a young black guy with a BMW

WOW! I could not be happier with the service I received at Derek’s. I brought my car in for detailing. My backseat, where my two pups (including a German shepherd mix) frequently sit with wet/ muddy paws, looks new. They even got some yellow paint off the outside!

Good luck getting refunded from the Groupon oil change service. Groupon is not aware of the discontinued oil service, despite the owner saying they arranged refunds.

We bought the Groupon before reading all the awful reviews. We saw them right before we brought our car in, and we were feeling more than a bit apprehensive. Our Prius was full of dog hair, sand, and crumbs, so we weren't expecting a spotless car at the end of the day. But, their service certainly exceeded expectations! They did the job and did it very well--and without charging us any extra fees. Bonus, they adjusted their service timeline to fit our needs, and they were super friendly and communicative. Either they're improving their services after the awful reviews, under new management, or I just got super lucky!
