Parking sucks if you want to be there for 8 minutes and pay $13 to park on a app you have to download on your phone unless you can find freeze parking somewhere and walk and the atmosphere is always a bit snap, crackle, pop. . . at times. They have really good chicken tenders in there though.

If you're not familiar with this part of town, you need to be cautious. There is constant drug related activity outside. 24/7 the last 20+ years.Considering all that, the store is a remarkable survivor and has a great supply of everything you'd expect in a neighborhood market and then some. Even smoked ham hocks.

was accused of stealing and forced to turn out my pockets at the front… literally humiliated. never coming back to this crackhead riddled location. all of their fresh food and bread taste like fried chicken because of the chicken stand they opened up inside. save your money and walk one block further.

A hidden gem in the heart of Belltown. A wide variety of day to day groceries and home of, "the beer cave," an enormous walk in refrigerator full of a massive variety of EPA and regular varieties. Also, super delicious chicken & biscuit meals. Great service, great people.

When it was Belltown Groceries it was a good store but now it's called Dan's and its way to expensive and they treat everyone like they're the riffraff that is often found hanging out in front of the store.

The nice cashier was busy checking the prices of a lot of groceries for the lady ahead of us and it was taking forever, we were worried we were going to miss our bus. The security guard stepped up to the register and rang up our items. He went above and beyond his position to help out his fellow colleague and helped us not miss the bus. Prices aren't too bad for a convenience store, however there are a lot of items that don't show price. One thing I would suggest to the owner/manager is to have prices showing for all items in the store.
