This is a horrible company. I got a water loan for one plan but told them that my circumstance may change allowing me to qualify for another plan. Jena told me OK, if it changes then I can change to that plan. Well my circumstance did change and they would not let me change plan, telling me that I would have to get a new loan elsewhere. Their staff blatantly lied to me. When I complained they had a lawyer contact me demanding all communication go through them. They break God knows how many laws, lie and they just do not give a darn. All they care about is profit in this 'Not for profit' business in my opinion. So now I am stuck paying thousands each year just on interest because of these liars. Please do not use them, and if you have a problem, please report them.

9-11-20 EDIT The beginning process was pretty rocky as the initial contact person wasn't very helpful, but let me tell you, if you hold on and get to the loan officers, Jena and Julie, you will get the best help EVER. Both of these reps went above and beyond. After the experience below, everything went SO smoothly and SO quickly. I even had a rather complicated payoff with me paying half and half being covered by a refi, but Jena and Julie made it so simple. Thank you to Jena, Julie and anyone behind the scenes at Craft3 that I've missed!Original Review:We're having a sewer emergency and were referred to Craft3 for assistance. I've painstakingly entered all the financial information they've asked of me...2 or 3 times, because you see, the site does not save your entries. Not even after you choose "save and close". I've gathered and uploaded all the paperwork they've required. Over a week later, I'm logging on and I can find none of it. I call for assistance and the rep says "yeah, the site doesn't save your entries for, um, security reasons" This person was quite snappy with me but said she'll have IT call me.

When I had an unexpected septic failure, I was referred to Craft3 as a way to finance the replacement. Of all the issues that I had to deal with during a very stressful and difficult process, this was by and far the easiest. The customer service and communication have been excellent with no long or confusing phone waits or menus and the personnel I've spoken to be have been knowledgeable, understanding and well-spoken. I would definitely recommend them to anyone who needed their services.

I didn't have any problems with my Craft3 loan. I found a septic system installer, applied for Craft3 loan. Craft3 paid the installer half the cost up front and half the cost when the job was completed. Once I found the contractor and applied for the loan the whole process from start to finish was basically on cruise control with nothing needed of me. The only thing I had to do when the project was complete was notify Craft3 so they could pay the septic installer the other half of the payment. Now I just make low interest monthly payments.

Avoid wasting time on this company. They illegally red line certain areas where they have no intention of making loans. They do not live up to their mission statement. They are a fraud!
