I love, love, love City Mouse! The quality of all of the items I have bought is excellent. The price is very reasonable. Everything is so much cuter in person. The customer service is great. I was really disappointed in the lack of customer experience. I went in with the intent of purchasing the PNW romper and porpoise trains romper for a baby shower but was completely ignored by the associate who couldn’t for two seconds greet me while she assisted another. Stayed for 8 minutes thinking she would at least acknowledge me but to no avail. Clothes are cute but I’ll take my business elsewhere.

Nice shop, neat & well displayed. Friendly staff, met a Madison who helped me find my daughters Christmas dress plus more! She was my own fashionista! She was kind & very helpful. Clothing is beautiful & unique, great quality & true to size. Will definitely be shopping again & telling all my other mother friends!

The clothing options here are some of the best in town. Unfortunately, their hours are hit or miss. For the third time now I arrive 10 min before closing time to find the doors locked. I understand it can be annoying when customers come in right before closing, but your hours say you're open until 5 or 6 depending on the day. I suggest changing the hours of operation to reflect actually hours of operation, or if you lock the doors early and see customers standing outside during your listed hours maybe let them in to buy what they came for? Just a thought.

I used to love this store. It was my go-to for all baby gifts. The products are tasteful and well made. The customer service during my last two visits has been so poor that I do not plan to return. What a shame.

Went there yesterday with my niece and had a wonderful time. Easy to find exactly what we wanted and the shop assistants were sublime. Definitely recommending this place to everyone I know!
