Going on a year and still yet received my $650 stereo back from a $100 warranty as it's the second time they sent it in failing to fix it the first time or even test it to me sure it was working before having me come in after 6 months of waiting I would never recommend this place to anyone and paying over a $100 for a warranty to Waite 9 months and still counting is straight up unheard of I ha e never dealt with such a unprofessional professional and disrespectful company and they all say they don't know anything can't do anything and can't help a flipping year yeah time to sue breach of contract here we go

I am extremely upset sat from 10 am freezing to death customer service is poor rude no staff no communication and littlenotification or no updated about my installationmusic is awful and no ups for date car system unless I ask .After I being toldthey could get me in two to three hours complete job.are now 5could watch clerk play with his phone no drinks available if I known what told him I was cold he said heat oi Would not Bring mydying Dog here .Word of theo mouth beat advertising I plan to use that model to tell every one what awful customer service Ireceived and how much consideration . They could provider small heater some comfortable care and much more coffee and thing I didn't plan toeat lunch and dinner here. .rating below one would love to speak to a human and not a damn machine .

It says a lot about a company when you call to ask for help, and all you can get is a voicemail telling you someone should get back to you in 48 hours. Please remember that before you spend your hard earned money at any car toys location.Car Toys Hurst Texas has a serious lack of professionalism. They have no system for tracking ordered parts. It's simply on the person who ordered to remember. They also have no quality control. Apparently they had a plan to install extra parts an employee had at home into my vehicle after they'd quoted me a price for them.I called back in today and after being forgotten about on hold for over 15 minutes. All I wanted to do was schedule and appointment to get the stereo I'd already paid for in working order. I was told they had no record of any part being ordered and could not work me in until they talked to the person who ordered it.I was promised multiple functions by the sales person (steering wheel control, in dash adapter) only to be told by the tec those weren't possible. $1300 and weeks later I still have a static filled stereo. If you have the opportunity I'd recommend avoiding this place at all cost.

Had a really pleasant experience getting a new stereo installed :) I wasn't sure what I wanted in a stereo, luckily I was introduced to Jeremy and he explained the entire process in detail for me. The experience was much quicker than I anticipated (even with all my extra long questions lol) and the installers were awesome as well. I'll definitely be recommending others here! :)

An incredible place to learn the ins and outs of Car Audio.You learn discipline, teamwork, and how to master your own craft. I cant speak highly enough about the experience. I went in not knowing exactly what my options would be and owning late model bmw from my online research options were slim to none. Low and behold the internet lied. I expected to go in and speak with someone that knew very little. I got lucky. I went in and was able to speak with jeremy who is the director of highend audio for cartoys. After some brief conversation. He asked what i was looking for showed me alot of different product and options that i had. Took the time to explain features of various radios, speakers and amplifiers i could use for my vehicle. He wasnt the typical sales person that just wanted a quick sale and take your money. He listen to my concerns shared his knowledge with me and helped me figure out what i was able to do as far as retainning vehicle features i did not want to loose. He is very knowledgeable professional friendly and took his time to but my concerns at ease. I will definetly be returning for future business. Thank you again jeremy. And thank you cartoys.
