Came looking for soccer gear for my kid with my elderly mom. She asked to use the bathroom and they turned her away, said they have no public bathrooms but she's free to use the facilities at the Asian mart next door. I can't describe how stressful it was to get her the help she needed, but she uses a cane to walk.Come back 30 minutes or so later to make my purchase, item in hand and witness the sales rep let a mom and her kid use their facilities no questions asked - she didn't even buy anything. How they treated my mom hurt, and the last thing that was said to me was, "cash or credit?" I am NEVER coming back here.
