Awesome spot. Staff was friendly, and knowledgeable, and just plain cool. I order spray paint from them regularly and have only received excellent service so I had to visit their only physical location while in town. Stay up.

Bought the acme 48 can pack. Got 3 brown, 3 dark grey, 3 pastel yellow(terrible color/coverage, 15 blues that look very similar,3 of which are aqua light.(another terrible color/coverage.) Could have put together a better pack for the amount of money being spent.Bad customer service. Instead of offering an exchange, they responded by saying that those are the colors that their artist chose and to change my review. That's not really helpful at all. Why would you tell me to contact you if you're just going to send me off like that, Victor?

I live on the other side of the country, but I will shop exclusively with Art Primo from now on. The number one reason is they went above and beyond to help me out with expedited shipping with my last order. They didn’t have to, but they did. The second reason is they carry great products that are harder to find from other stores.

The website is like an older style website but they are active in sales and would always throw in a little extra with the packages overall I buy from here and it's been good for me so far.

The best business I've worked with for getting spray paint and caps. Customer service is friendly/understanding/quick at delivery etc. I had to do two out of state orders and I had no issues at all with materials sent or w/ customer service also with having to call and change my order once it was an easy flawless task. They also sent me goodies in my shipments like markers/stickers. Definitely recommend!

Bought a canvas bag and some Molotow markers and refills while visiting SEA. Staff was kind and it’s a cute quaint place. Good location.

Impolite customer service. Customer service hanging up on me, guy named JP. Not willing to work with a customer to resolve an issue. They treat their customers like a number. They just don't care. Product is good, but customer service is horrible. Have ordered from them for many years and they didn't even care to help me with an issue. Shameful.

Don't order from these guys if your from Canada waste of time and money, never gotten my order it's bin like 25 days and my package is stuck in LA, how come I bought vape juice from Washington it took 4 days!!!
