Like a lot of the other reviews have stated, this has been the best apartment building I have lived in. All of the staff are very friendly and they have very good security. The building is right in between SLU and downtown. The gym is one of the better gyms I have used in an apartment and the other amenities are very spacious and well maintained. So many great perks about living here like being located next to so many good restaurants including current bistro. My family and friends all loved this apartment building as well.

I recently made an internal transfer to a larger unit, and Max managed the move into my prior unit at Arrive as well as my new unit. He always ensures a very seamless and smooth process. He's also always very accessible and available to help or answer any questions. Thanks Max for providing another positive move-in experience!!!

The building is wonderful! The staff that works here are friendly and responsive. The residents are also great. I have lived in Seattle for 9 years and this is the best experience I have had so far from large apartment complexes!

Great leasing staff -- they are super professional and communicative! Overall building amenities/hallways/trash rooms were always clean. Sound proof within units was phenomenal (I was in an upper '08 unit and never heard my neighbors). Front desk, security, and package delivery were all top tier. After reading some previous reviews I was nervous about my security deposit/any dings for cleaning so took the measures to clean just in case. I received my full deposit back within the 21 day time frame.Cons:-Non refundable cleaning fee is charged upon move in but you are also expected to leave the unit in good condition which is unclear-garage parking can take a while to get to since the first two floors are blocked for the hotel (my spot was in P6 and took about 2min to get to)-loud whistling heard throughout unit when it's windy out-fridge filters are replaced only upon move in and then are the tenant's responsibility

We lived at Arrivé for 4 years from when it opened, first on a lower floor and then a higher floor. What kept us in the building was the stunning rooftop, high quality finishings and appliances, spacious gym, excellent energy efficiency (we never needed the heating!) and friendly staff. We appreciated living so centrally located except for the emergency vehicle sirens (which were worse when we faced South on a lower floor). While tenant events were few and far between they were fun when they happened.We would have happily stayed in the building and leased a different apartment had we not needed to move for family reasons. Dropping a star because our stunning Space Needle view was slowly becoming blocked by new high rises in our last 6 months and construction noise was becoming apparent. Our former apartment is now $300 less per month than what we were paying. Would have been nice if the leasing office had offered us an adjustment as long term tenants.

Bad apartment for bicyclists. The apartment management has been inflexible in their stupid policy not to allow bikers to go through the garage exit, and instead we have to awkwardly cram our bikes into the elevator and uncomfortably squeeze past the other tenants in the lobby hallway everyday. Management has not been accommodating at all on this.Also, the elevators take a very long time, and can take 5-10 min of standing around waiting whenever it’s morning or evening commute hours.

As a living experience it’s equivalent to a government regime putting every single resource into not improving things as much as possible. You will wait weeks for simple requests and good luck getting your move-in cafe credit to work for the entire time you live there.

We lived in the Penthouse and had a problem with our unit that persisted during most of our stay there. However, the management (Leslie and Cameron) and the staff (Caesar, Adam, Max, Devon, Joel, Adriane, etc.) did everything they could to make our lives easier and treated us like royalty.Because they had built up so much goodwill with us, we were actually very close to renewing (it came down to the wire), but in the end, we kind of wanted a change of scenery and wanted to downsize to a 2 bedroom unit with views of the Space Needle.Overall, we had an absolutely amazing experience at Arrivé and will never regret staying there.
