Austin and Jack were extremely helpful in lifting and inspecting my car after other mechanics turned us away. Due to their help I was able to schedule further service with my dealership. I would recommend these guys to anyone looking for help with their car!

Quickly diagnosed my car's issue and gave me an honest assessment of how to fix it - compared to two other dealerships which completely inflated the cost and work needed. Very knowledgeable, reasonable price and definitely my go-to now.

Wow! I never thought this process could be easy. I've been to many places that inflate price or tell you that you need additional services that you, actually, don't need. Austin and his team were a breath of fresh air. Austin is incredible with vehicles. From my Subarus to Toyotas to more unique older vehicles I bring everything to Austin because I know I can always trust his transparency through the process, fair pricing, and consistency in quality. I work with Austin almost exclusively for all things automotive. Between my Subarus I've owned and Toyota Tacoma, for the last five years or so Austin has helped with both consulting when I've had questions and also efficient and reliable service. I really have appreciated his transparency through the process since a lot of past mechanics I've worked with have been worse at communication and less transparent about finances.

Best shop in Seattle. They take the time to talk to you about your vehicle before any work is done so you know what to expect. Completely professional, excellent work and great customer service. Austin is the guy to go see there. I guarantee he can fix whatever your rides ailments are.

Without a doubt my favorite mechanic in Seattle. I have a few guys I take my cars to depending on what needs to be done but over the last couple years I find myself going to Austin for all my vehicles needs. He is knowledgable with all makes and models and is honest and fair.
