As soon as I pulled in and parked, I began gathering my belongings and doing last minute preparations for my day of travel. The one lady who was working was at my car in less than three minutes and told me I couldn't sit there and that I had to leave right away. Her tone was quite rude and she was unprofessional to the max. Upon leaving (as I gathered everything I could quickly to comply with this lady for fear of losing my parking spot for the day) I approached the rude employee about a business card. She refused to give me one and told me the address. I explained that my actions in attempting to obtain a business card were to communicate with a superior about her negative attitude. She didn't help in any way. Terrible employee. Get rid of her

Extremely rude workers. The “road” to drive in the garage is crazy narrow, if you have a large vehicle, you will have an extremely hard time finding parking and getting in and out.I had not realized the parking garage only accepts credit cards and not debit cards or cash. I didn’t have my credit card on me, and so I rang for assistance. As I was explaining the issue to the worker, he proceeded to tell me I need to use a credit card and I repeated again that I had no credit card. He starts to raise his voice at me and says it only accepts credit cards, like a credit card will magically appear in my car now. And then he hangs up on the intercom. I call again to ask if there’s any way I can pay for my bill inside the building, and he tells me that I needed a credit card to pay at the machine (raised voice again) but I repeated again if I could pay inside. He asked for my name and phone number, and once I gave it he said something (I couldn’t get understand) and again hung up. In the end I was able to pay, but the treatment I experienced while I was LITERALLY seeking help for my situation was beyond unacceptable.If you don’t have to park here, don’t. I strongly encourage you to go somewhere with workers that will actually respect you and find solutions to your issues.

Crazy narrow inside. Lanes switch to opposite sides after entering... pretty weird but aside from that it's alright.

The two things a parking garage should do: try not to cause accidents, and take your money. This parking lot somehow fails at both.The lanes are ridiculously narrow, so good luck making the sharp turns if there is another car coming along. I would be shocked if this shoddy design hasn't already caused accidents. Then there's the fact that there is some kind of portal to England here, because suddenly (and with little warning) the lanes switch, and you are driving on the left side. Hopefully oncoming traffic makes that switch seamlessly!Then they make it difficult to pay. The pay machine wouldn't take my first card, and after the second card, told me to press the help button and be prepared to show ID. How obnoxious. After waiting a minute, the machine took the first card.Then, after carefully navigating your way down and hoping oncoming traffic is doing the same, the car in front was having the same issue with paying at the exit. I had to get out and repeat the above annoying exchange with my cards until it finally took one card, and the car in front of me could leave.So, a horribly designed parking garage that makes it hard to pay or leave. How does something like this ever get created?

The parking vending machines for this building and Rainier Tower Building consistently reject all of my credit cards. I always have to get help to get out. This time, the woman in front of me had the exact same issue. It took me a long time to get out and the cars were lining up behind me. They kept having me reswipe all of my cards. I know they work, just not on their machines. They wouldn't let me out until the guys behind me told technical support that there was something wrong with the machines.

Be careful when parking in here. Wet paint on the wall, no sign on it. My jacket got ruined by the wet paint.
