This apartment charges lots of move out fees when you leave, so if you're getting a lease here based on the low monthly prices dont be fooled! they will raise the rent a ton after the first year is over, and if you move out they will charge you thousands in move out fees which make the apartment more expensive to live in than nicer ones in the area. And the only saving grace of this apartment, the old leasing agent rolo, is now gone and the new leasing agents are terrible. They cannot even send accurate monthly rent statements upon request. I would avoid this place if at all possible

Drove so far for a scheduled tour to find ‘unidentifiable person’ with nasty chest hair sticking out to tell us there’s no units that we can view. The place is filthy and they couldn’t show us any amenities or a single unit. Had us wait there why they typed out emails and it was awkward. Waste of time. Company consistently hitting me up when I’m not even able to view a unit let alone feel comfortable. I was so serious about moving in asap. big L for this apartment. No reason to even attempt, save your energy.

Cleaning/painting fees were charged randomly after I moved out, even though the pre-moveout inspection didn't raise any issue. Many wear and tear issues and unclean spots were already present when I initially moved in, which should have been acknowledged and rectified.I reached out to the property manager, Julie Gibbons. Unfortunately, my efforts were met with indifference and unresponsiveness. Instead of addressing my concerns in a professional and courteous manner, Ms. Gibbons simply forwarded information from the resident portal and then chose not to acknowledge my subsequent emails. I have lived in 5 apartments in 3 states. This has been the worst move-out experience so far.

too dirty and noisy for the cost. first year they give you a good deal, then they increase the rent by the hundreds. once you leave, they lower your rent back to a rent lower than you were paying

Nice views of waterfront. Spacious bedroom, but kichen is too small and without chimney. The fire alarm rings every time I cook, so annoying.

I moved in a few weeks ago and my experience has been great so far. Spacious rooms, surreal views and prompt responses when it comes to maintenance and any queries in general. The team goes above and beyond to ensure you have a great time here.

I moved in early this year and I have to say that it's been a breeze. I get the City-living feeling from this location. The staff is cool and professional, especially Rolo. The hallways, elevator, gym, and sundeck are well maintained, recently the walls in the front entrance were painted.

The location can't be beat. You get the convenience of being downtown, but this location is much quieter than some other choices. If you like to walk, this is a terrific place. I walk to work each day. You are minutes from Pike Place Market. The pier is right across the street, providing miles of fantastic scenery with the Olympic Sculpture park in one direction, to the ferries in the other direction. My apartment is quiet as I have great neighbors. I've worked almost exclusively with Rolo, and he is super friendly and responsive.

I recently moved in about 2 months ago and have had a great experience so far. I love the location, great views and the majority of the neighbors I’ve interacted with have been really cool. I have noticed car break ins as mentioned in some other reviews, but realistically I don’t think it’s due to a lack of security but more so a lack of awareness on the part of people living here. There have been times where the front door has been propped open as people are moving but they’re nowhere in sight, which renders the security measures useless and easily allows access to vehicles on level P2. The elevators and the gym could be cleaned more frequently but no major complaints outside of that.

Lived here over 10 years (because who can buy in this economy) - love the smaller community, that they always have a great team working here, and love the location and building. It's why I stayed so long. The team responds very promptly to requests for service or information. It's not perfect, like any place, and issues that come up are communicated and addressed quickly. Plus there are great dogs.

We recently moved to 2300 Elliott and had a great experience. Lots of pros, the rooms are spacious, location is awesome, quite close to the elliott bay, great balconies, building is always well-cleaned and well-maintained, rooftop offers great view, the staff Rolo and De both are very helpful and quickly resolve our concerns. Service requests are addressed promptly. Equity portal is also a handy app for availing other services. Some cons are that the lobby should have a coffee bar and a TV monitor or speaker playing songs if possible. Also, the Gym is small and crowded by machines, also has short ceiling height so there's hardly any room to do Body weight exercises. The courtyard is hardly used, and is mostly empty since the weather is cold for 8 months anyway, they should ideally add that space to they Gym to extend it to allow more people and space for stuff like Yoga. Gym should have yoga mats, skipping ropes, wet wipes. Also, have heard the garage going through some break-ins, but we do not have vehicles so weren't affected in that regard. But the cons aren't that big a concern judging by the pros. Overall a great building.

I recently moved into this apartment complex and I am loving it so far! The location is great, with easy access to piers, public transportation, and plenty of shops and restaurants nearby. The apartment itself is spacious, with all the amenities I could ask for. The maintenance staff is always prompt and friendly, and the building is kept clean and well-maintained.I also had a great experience with the leasing team during the move-in process. They were professional, helpful, and made the process smooth and stress-free. I appreciate their attention to detail and willingness to answer all my questions. Overall, I'm really happy with my decision to move here and would highly recommend this apartment complex!
