Not bad. Room was clean. Front desk lady was nice. Bed a little soft for my taste. Got a reasonable deal on Priceline (320/2 nights), would book again at that rate.

The room is clean and spacious. Breakfast is included. Registration at the front desk is simple and fast. There is a free shuttle bus to the airport every hour.

Bed was very comfortable and nice water pressure in the shower. The room had a strong cleaning musty smell from the ac but did dissipate or maybe we just got used to it. I will say the front desk staff was very friendly and accommodating. Nice free breakfast in the morning.

Only reason I am giving 3 starts is because of the smell in the room. It was very clean but somehow it had a very strong unpleasant smell. I had to spray lots of body mist around. It seemed to be coming out of the A/C machine so it did get a bit better when I turned it off. Maybe a bit pricey for what it is.

Great hotel with a friendly staff and not overpriced like the down town area. Easy access to the light-rail to go to airport or downtown. Recommend this place most highly.

Not sure why this place charges so much. I wouldn't want to pay more than $115 per night. Market pricing, I guess. Just keep your expectations low.
The A/C or heat doesn't have a thermostat, so you have to get up and adjust the window unit periodically in the middle of the night.
The hotel is a bit dated too, but clean. Ice machine and drinking fountain both broken.
Staff is very friendly. Quiet at night with window closed.

My family stayed there during a recent trip to the Mariners game. I picked the hotel cuz it was close to the Angle Lake station. Hotel was better than expected. Clean rooms and very comfy beds. We enjoyed our stay . Staff was very helpful.

I want to extend my heartfelt gratitude to Cindy at the front desk for her exceptional service. She truly went above and beyond to accommodate our needs. Our extended family of nine, including three seniors in their 80s, booked four rooms through Priceline, but unfortunately, the room preferences were not correctly communicated to Sleep Inn. Cindy stepped in and handled the situation flawlessly, starting from scratch to ensure our group had the right rooms with enough beds.
Our short stay at Sleep Inn SEATAC was very enjoyable, and I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a convenient and comfortable stay near the airport.

The front desk staff are very rude and unprofessional. We called to verify shuttle procedures as our flight landed late. Once we did arrive, we had to call 3 times and waited over an hour for our shuttle to stop at the shuttle lane. He drove by, we waved, and he kept going. Once we arrived at the hotel, the room was dirty, the trash cans were full, and the lights in our bathroom were out. When we brought it to her attention, we were told that the four of us could share a king-size bed or "deal with it." I would not stay here again.

Pretty good location with dingy rooms and crap for service. The back story:
So last Sunday I stayed here after a cruise with my parents. The original employee who checked me in was great! Have nothing bad to say about her but around 11am or noon she was relieve by someone with a chip on her shoulder. Not only did we get the attitude but how does a place not have change to use the washer and dryer listed to be used by customers. Room was a little beat up and full beds were pretty small!
Fast forward to today. I have a reservation scheduled for this Sunday night because my wife and I extended our vacation another week to check out Oregon. While we were in Oregon we found out our dad (my in law) was having altered mental status. Needless to say we were told he has a brain mass and going to have a Craniotomy for biopsy tomorrow, ect, ect, ect… We immediately changed our flights, THANK YOU DELTA IN YOUR EMERGENT ACCOMMODATION, AT NO COST!!!!!
We called and asked to change our reservation to tonight. We were told they were fully booked. Five hours later when we were approaching the Seattle area we looked on Priceline and seen there was availability at the hotel. We called them to see if there was anything they could do to have the reservation changed from Sunday to tonight. We waited on the phone for 20 minutes. We were asked to call back in 10 minutes, the woman stated that the manager was taking calls and couldn’t talk. My wife pleaded that we had a family emergency and needed help, We told her we were willing to wait on hold as we were driving and had the time to wait to talk to the manager. The woman said ok, however hung up moments later. Furthermore we called back a multitude of different times, they never answered the calls and our number must be blocked or they conveniently don’t have a number that works anymore.
Don’t be fooled by the reviews. This is 2 star with crap service! Nobody should expect a satisfaction rating over 5. So the 2.5 star 8.5 satisfaction of Priceline is flawed!
Follow up to their response. Travis Rinehart is the name on the reservation.
Rooms: Small and dingy!
