This place never failed to surprise me with the horrible attitude and service they offer. Living across the street and gave many tried over years and every ok experience has an opposite of many horrible one. Yesterday I went with my 4 years old asking for a basic cut around his hair to take half length and a bit shorter from the sides. The dresser worked for few minutes and left the boy without any trimming from sides or back!! I asked her nicely to trim the sides!! As if I should do. She yelled angry that I can’t change my words!! Claiming that I said to not trim the sides!!! I never saw on my life a hair cut that do top and leave sides!! Nicely explained again that she misheard me and again got her bad attitude. I didn’t want the boy to panic and got scared she may hurt him so just left and trimmed his hair myself at home. I also left the dresser some tips as a punishment for myself for keep coming back to that horrible service.

Went there twice and experience depends on the stylist.
First time I got my cut from Sarah and she was awesome. Gave me a great hair cut. 5 star to her.
The 2nd time got a haircut from an older Asian women (didn’t get her name) who had trouble following instructions and was getting irritated easily. Messed up my and my kids hair. 1 star to this person.
Would stick to Sarah

I had my first cut here today and will absolutely be back! The fabulous T knew exactly what to do to save me from an old cut from another salon that did not grow out very well. I’m on top of the clouds with my new do! Thanks again!

I had a fantastic experience here with Natasha today. It was my first time coming into a Great Clips, and my first time at this location. Natasha did a great job of listening to my idea and giving me feedback, pampering me with some great product, checking in with me every step of the way, and overall ensuring a fantastic experience. I definitely recommend this location, as well as working with the very patient, kind, and talented Natasha. I've seen fantastic reviews from other stylists here as well, and I will definitely be back!

I come to this one a lot due to proximity, but you have to be careful and make sure you know who you are getting your hair cut from. I had one guy who clearly shouldn't be doing this butcher my hair and was adamant he was just doing what was asked of him

This is not about their service but about their attitude. While I totally understand the culture of tip, they need to be rational about it. I noticed an 15-16 year old student could not pay the tip and the person in the store shamed him pretty bad in front of many customers. This is unacceptable great clips, you will only loose your customers with such attitude.

I went in with a rough idea on what o wanted. Miss. T saw a reference photo I had on my phone and a haircut later I was perfectly trimmed in a way that my GF loved it. if you go in for a cut request Miss. T and she will do it right
