The quality of service has gone down over the last few months. You can blame Covid, but Covid has nothing to do with customer service skill and the owner lacks them for sure.

Dr Thomas was great and took care of my critters since 1999. The service was great and I will miss him. However, the new owner is a very different story. I was charged for a procedure that was not performed. When I complained they took an attitude which caused me to take my dog to another vet. If you use the services of this clinic I suggest that you pay attention to how they charge you. If they overcharge be prepared to be challenged and may be asked to find another clinic.

I’ve been going to Scatter Creek since my now 9 year old cat was a kitten. I absolutely love the staff there but unfortunately, I had a bad experience recently that left me feeling a little angry.

Amazing vet! I always do my research, because I want my pets to get the best care they can, especially with a pup that has hip dysplasia. Everyone is so nice and makes sure they do the best for your animals. I am so happy I found this place!

Dr Thomas, Carol and their staff are the best! Compassionate, highly knowledgeable, great sense of humor can make a challenging situation bearable. Leaving Seattle and King Co in our rear view mirror, we knew it would be hard to replace our long time vet, Tammy Norquist....but I think we found a winner in Dr. Thomas. Give a call, check them out!
