Rob who runs the lot, ripped us off on our 15k purchase..He said there were batteries in the boxes on the trailer.I made the mistake of trusting him and didnt check for myself. Got home no batteries.

This place is a joke! I purchased a car from them and was mislead on the paperwork. Rob straight up lied and said there was no leak and said it was “condensation”. Then, said if I paid for a warranty I could take it to their shop at the auction and get whatever needed to be done, fixed. Not even 12 hours later a check engine light popped up and was coded for a bad EGR! Makes me believe he wiped the code before showing for a quick sale! Found out that the leak that was “just condensation”, was coolant! I then called Rob and he said bring it into the shop and we’ll figure it out, never got a call back from the mechanic, and therefore he said warranty was expired. And then there was nothing he could do about it. Feels like he waited past warranty on purpose. Payments on the vehicle were a joke! Said I wouldn’t pay more than 1700, and I went well over that, even made payments that weren’t minimal.Finally paid the loan off with my personal credit card because I was tired of being scammed by this company. Went in to get my title and they said there was a spare key, there wasn’t. I do not recommend this place at all! They will literally take your money and lie to your face. Very unprofessional for such a small town company.

They deserve 0 stars but have to give them 1. They are repoing vehicles from customers impacted by COVID shutdowns. Adding on unrealistic charges making it impossible to retain possession. They are nothing but a bunch of crooks. A late payment is not a missed payment. My average payment has been $75 above the payment. Never heard anything from auto sales unlimited. Thought they were being sympathetic with so many out of work due to COVID shutdown. Was doing my best to make payments.

I don't think they actually want to sell cars. We got approved for a vehicle loan to purchase a car on their lot. We've called and messaged little Rob and nothing. He won't return messages. We aren't going to beg to buy a car. Clearly they don't want our business, which is a bummer since I purchased a car from them back in 2012 and I was very happy. Next step, I'm calling Big Rob because he has always been great to me.

Lied about year of vehicle. Terrible customer service payed $3000 for Vw beetle, am now $10000 into this car with a new problem every month. I DO NOT RECCOMEND unless you want to get ripped off!!!

Very polite at first then never followed through with their promises... deadlines passed, unsavory business practices, the salesman attempted to have me sign a document allowing them to collect a deposit that would allow forfeiture of the deposit if deal wasn't made and tried to convince me that that wasn't true and they would give me the deposit back if the deal failed... even though they would have had signed contract... in the end after I refused to sign I never heard from them again... they still have the vehicle when they could have sold it..
