BAIT AND SWITCH PRICES
I watched sale marked prices on shelving and when were scanned at register point of sale system the prices actually changed and they refused to honor. FALSE ADVERTISING!!
Funny how their website reply doesn’t work either.
See response below, and they need more info than I provided on this review and on their app which posted.
Went to buy some protein bars, price was 2 for $5.00.
“ Asst mgr” at check out she said that’s for tomorrow ( which was yesterday) and I didn’t have time to change prices tomorrow. So did it today
I said well you need to honor your pricing that’s posted as this is bait and switch, not right, false advertising.
She stated we don’t have to honor these prices if we don’t want to or way it’s posted because it was for tomorrow.
Customers know it’s today when they see price, but registers aren’t set for posted price and they tell us different.
I decided to not purchase any items at that point.
Pretty messed up and unprofessional.
I’m pretty sure corporate 7/11 does not have this as a policy as this is local store issue…? Very sad
To be clear about your response I already left another review on 7-11 site and hit button to be contacted by telephone with phone ? contact. which has NOT happened!!
Be careful and aware of this store location as this is lacking integrity.

Nice clean location, lots of selection for snacks and food. Bathrooms are clean and family friendly (changing table for little ones)

Clean place. During the lunch time they have several regular or spicy hot dogs with all the fixings along with pizza slices. Or you can order a full pizza if you want. When you walk in, they always holler out *welcome in" - Decent place for a convenience store. Very busy place

This is absolutely the worst thing, especially having friends who have lost family to this sickness. I think it’s important all of you know this is the kind of woman that is running that store. She does not care about the sicknesses that are spread she cares about the store being “the best again”. I will say that I absolutely loved my job and the people that I worked with but the way the manager acts is not something I will put up with.

Great! Good gas prices, and great service! Cheyenne (if I overheard her name correctly) was super friendly and fast, and I was very impressed with how politely she handled uncomfortable customers/comments. Working 2 jobs and keeping her chin up!

This has to be the cleanest well organized 7-11 I have ever stepped foot in. It's almost double the size of an ordinary 7-11. Has clean restrooms that you can actually use. Tons of fresh food in the hot box. The smell of fresh baked cookies isn't what I think when I think of 7-11. Also all the topping (chopped onions, chopped jalapeno,sour kraut and thing were all labeled with the time ,they're put out. And onhh the staff definitely top notch and very helpfull. I'd give them more stars if I could but 5 is the limit so with that, I give them a 5+Also they have gas and an outdoor eating area!

If your in for a quick stop ? keep your kids close or leave them in the car with your partner. The store manager sent my kids away to purchase more from her store awhile back. How Insanely unsafe it is to tell little kids under 7 to go pick out more to purchase when going to check out. I will be taking my business somewhere else that doesn't push selfish, unsafe sales.?
