Staff were friendly. About a 15 minute wait time advertised was closer to 25 minutes. Guess it depends on the service the car in front of you is getting.The cost seemed higher than expected, even with a coupon. But, I've had a new car for the last couple of years where the oil change was built into the service plan. ? ?

Generally expect to wait about an hour. It's awful when someone gets something more than an oil change and you get stuck in line for 2 hours. You would think they would close a lane when someones service was going to take an hour. Nope, they let you get trapped with other vehicles behind you before you discover your bad luck.

These guys are great and they know what they’re doing, they offer professional auto services and don’t screw you like a dealership would (Corwin). Highly recommend, they also give gracious Veterans discounts!

My car was running just fine until I got an oil change. They didn't prime my oil pump and it ruined my engine. So now I can't drive my car. I will never go here again

My car battery died today and one of the employees was kind enough to lend me his jumper cables. It was a huge help and very appreciated. Definitely earned my future business.

Fast service. Simple got what I needed.Maybe switch out your gloves a little more often, dingdong adding oil slipped and spilt the oil. Idk about yall but I like oil in the car not on the car. I'll have a smokey car and a cute little trail for a couple of weeks ✨️

This was my first time taking my car here, wasn't to sure how it worked..But the gentleman at the location were extremely friendly, professional, and very courteous.This service was pretty quick, i was probably serviced in about 25 minutes. I will definitely go back here to take my car and the fact I dont have to get out of my car is beyond awesome!!

I would reccomend going to the Vavoline in Kennewick or Pasco before this one.I recently moved to Richland so I have been trying to give this place a chance. 3 out of 3 weird experiences calls for a fun story! I pulled up to get my tire pressure checked, I waited for 15-20 minutes behind the right garage because both garages are full. Nobody looks at me or comes up my window. I watched the car next to me finish his service with an employee and leaves. I continue to sit and wait. Another car pulls up next to me. The same employee comes out immediately! I watch them service him and pull him into the garage. I'm still waiting because I have yet to have someone even ask me what I'm in for. As I backed out to leave because it was clear they were not interested in servicing me, I got to catch one of the employee's attention as he watched me back out. How sweet of him to watch me to make sure I got out safely!The 2 stars is for that one white blonde guy with long hair who helped me my first time.The extra star was because that employee watched me exit safely.

Two weeks ago, had an oil change and was recommended to do a transmission flush by Chris the manager” even got a 20% coupon. during a flush they were debating if car should be on or off , fast forward 100 miles later my transmission overheated! And when I can back and told them that they took the car to AAMCO transmission which they they all the cars to I was told that it was existing so when I asked how do they know they said they did a “visual inspection”!! Just to later find out that they get all the cars from Valvoline and admitted that they changed engines for them as well as transmissions so I guess they ran out of budget for the year to change mine! Chris was rude and told me I can do what ever I want even told me to file a law suit and laughed! And wouldn’t contact the general manager. But when general manager Patrick finally called. Said sorry we can’t do anything about it but hey we covered towing fees! Worst customers service! I mean if you don’t care for your rig and can’t kill it take it here they will do that for you. Filing a class action. I will spend what ever it takes to prove that their guys aren’t trained as many hours as they should before customers vehicle is touched. Insider employee said so..

There was an entire team working on my car and they were professional, knowledgeable, fast, and they helped with replacing a light bulb without charge. I'm getting ready to travel across country and they did a safety inspection and oil change with recommendations for when I come back. I feel a peace of mind before hitting the highway and grateful to the team for getting me on the road at an affordable price. I'll be back, you are the best! Kay Miracle

I travel for work and have been to many oil change professionals. This was by far the best experience, customer service, and knowledgeable associates that I have met for an oil change. Washington state no longer allows individuals to recharge their automobile's A/C system. We were pleased to find out that Valvoline Instant Oil Change could provide this service. They were pleasant, courteous, and prompt in doing this for us. The price they charged was more economical than going to the auto dealership, and no appointment was necessary. I'm extremely dissatisfied with the service I received here this past weekend. I drive a brand new subaru wrx. I drove there to get a oil change as iv been goin there for years now. But after I left, 12 miles exactly from leaving there my engine blew up. Took it to a shop to have it professionally diagnosed and everything was lead back to bad oil. Called them about it, and what a coincidence that they couldn't access there cameras to see what had went wrong. I WILL NEVER GO BACK TO THIS PLACE AGAIN!! And then they called the shop my car went to and told them that it wasn't there fault and that there's no way it could be. DONT GO HERE People. U might not have a car afterwards

I was a customer until today. Was directed to go to a line. Then all the cars were asked to backup and play musical chairs. I ended up being behind the car that arrived after me. I asked the tech what was up and he refused to discuss it with me. FYI there were 4 cars there when I arrived and only two bays in operation so there was a significant wait time. I walked around and asked for a mgr who was the same guy. No help there just said he was doing his job getting cars serviced which obviously didn't include customer service. I guess they don't need any more business.
