I understand you're understaffed but negligence has a limit. Constantly having mail delivered to neighbors, getting neighbors mail, not getting expected deliveries until days or weeks later, out going mail never getting picked up, etc. Please do it right, or don't do it at all.

Constantly late mail delivery. Mail comes from spokane to Here then they drive it to pasco, then it's out for delivery in richland, only to be driven back to pasco because your lazy employees don't finish their routes. Hire competent workers. Should be REQUIRED to finish your delivery route every day regardless if it takes longer than expected. People have medications and checks and payroll they are waiting on. Absolute clowns

My package has been missing for about a week, everytime i call they all give me the run around. 10/10 would not recommend, go ahead and pick UPS instead. I don’t even know what to do about my package, claims center is useless and they all give the same script. Seems like stealing to me.

This station has a incapable staff and they are not helpful to the customers. The carries doesn't scan the items when he or she delivers the package to the location was supposed to be delivered and i lost a lot of money. Be careful to deal with this branch.

The rating is -1 star. Is this Post Office closed? I haven't received any mail for 3 days now. Not looking for packages, just mail and my TriCities Herald newspaper. The Holiday was on Monday the 26th. Today is the 29th. Called the phone number and the phone just rang and rang.

I am lodging a complaint against the PO carrier who delivers in the Meadow Springs area, i.e. Gage & Leslie Rd. area. I sent 2 pkgs. Priority Mail from Orlando on 12/19/22. One arrived on 12/22/22. The other was shifted to the West Richland PO on that date, then was supposedly "out for delivery" on 12/23 AND 12/24. Both days said the "delivery location could not be accessed". That is a lie! The home received USPS mail on 12/23, 12/24 and even on 12/25. I have spent hours today trying to reach a Tri-City Postmaster to no avail. There is no tracking update on my pkg. in 3 days! I need an explanation for such a shoddy job!!! As a result my 4 grandchildren did not receive their Christmas gifts!! At the very least I need a refund of $36 for the Priority fee and insurance on the contents!!

Those who rated low for this premise are unreasonable, unforgiving, and entitled. The facility is small, I get it. Personal prompt services are lack, I get it. But to me they never failed me!Look at how downsized Richland has become. Look at how technology has transformed. I’m not asking at the elders, but for majority of us we can always “scan, print, and pay” all with the touches of smart phones and boom, the line is no longer.And think about the positives: detailed explanations, courteous and open dialogues are all there for you. That’s enough for me for a little of waiting.Thank you Richland USPS!

They do like to pick the people they want to wait on. They will also try to make you feel small in front of other people...They don't know any thing about you and make you feel like dirt....They also BS to much with customers when their is a long line.. They have saved me money on times when I ship things. Their are some good people that do work the front. It just depends on when you go. Go in the mourning. They are the best ones to help you...
