I love Ross but almost every part of this store was a mess. Every area I went to, had stuff from different areas of the store. If I managed this store, I’d spend several days with employees reorganizing every single section. It made it almost impossible to find clothing in my size.

I will have to say that they are much more organized and neat than the Kennewick Ross. Sizes seem to run small. I do find good deals there occasionally.
