“The post office inside Yokes is located at the front counter near the liquor checkout, lottery ticket checkout, etc., directly in front of the regular grocery checkout lanes (it’s the counter that usually has bags of popcorn along the bottom). My experience dropping off a prepaid package was super quick and easy and there was no line at noon on a weekday (June 2022). I saw a scale so I’m sure you can purchase postage and pay for shipping as well. I almost didn’t want to post my review so I could keep this place a secret, but I saw some other reviews saying they weren’t sure where it was located in the store or couldn’t find it so I thought I’d help people out by starting off with the location.”

“Love this place! So many healthy options, huge assortment of cheeses and artisan breads. Friendly service and fresh food. Their grilled chicken and potato salad at the deli is my favorite. I have also enjoy an iced coffee at their cute cafe. Love that they have a small post office inside and coin star machine. They have great sales ad it is always clean and organized. I really enjoy exploring new exotic items as well as yellow tag clearance items in the store. They have an awesome wine selection and it is the only place I will buy sushi rolls outside of a restaurant.”

“I have not received any mail in my mailbox in West Richland since Tuesday. I have had an outgoing package in the mailbox for a few days and it is still there. I have had Amazon and other packages delivered to my porch. Is there a problem?”

“Those who rated low for this premise are unreasonable, unforgiving, and entitled. The facility is small, I get it. Personal prompt services are lack, I get it. But to me they never failed me!Look at how downsized Richland has become. Look at how technology has transformed. I’m not asking at the elders, but for majority of us we can always “scan, print, and pay” all with the touches of smart phones and boom, the line is no longer.And think about the positives: detailed explanations, courteous and open dialogues are all there for you. That’s enough for me for a little of waiting.Thank you Richland USPS!”
