Never bought a mattress from an actual store before. I figured it would be weird and gloomy. Austin absolutely changed my perspective, as he was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable about his products. Not only did I learn a lot, but he really helped my wife and I get exactly what we believed was the best. Austin isn't a sales representative. He's a mattress store tour guide and you WILL have a great time even walking in there.

Austin was one of the best representatives I’ve ever dealt with in any situation. He was extremely informative and knew what he was talking about when it came to what we were looking for. Was such a quick and easy process and did a very good job explaining the policies. Customer service was an 11 out of 10.

I had the pleasure of working with Vance today picking out a great bed. He listened to my concerns and worked within my price range. My bed is being delivered in 4 days and i can hardly wait!
