It sucks that they let the associates set thing aside first before customers no wonder I can never find the things I want. I ask the cashier about an item in a giant box and she said they weren’t for sale because it’s set aside. Do I need to work here to finally find the things I want so disappointed.

I was in on 8-13-23 cashier #6 katie shorted me $20.00 of change. I could instantly tell she was new because of the way she was handling the money. I should have listened to my gut feeling that instant but, once i got into my car is when i checked and sure enough i was short money. I spoke with Reana (coordinator) she wasnt much help she said i would be a long process. She ended up checking #6 till and apparently no extra $20 were found. I never got a phone call back like Reana said i would. I called back on 8-14-23 at 3:39 and they said they didn't find anything. I get it its just $20 but, $20 is $20. Get it together Marshalls. DO BETTER. Your customer service is crap! If i could give negative stars i would.

Nothing felt picked through, so much to look at! Great clearance section as well. The toys are always cycling through so seems they have new ones quite often! One of my favorite shops!

Great customer service and staffing. I impulse-purchased a large, awkwardly shaped item (mid-height, very sturdy cat tree), and a young man on the floor offered to take it to the front for me as I hadn’t gotten a cart. After purchase, another gentleman, Kevin, helped get it into my small car to take home. Despite the tight fit, Kevin managed to figure out a way to get it into the back seat (thank you again, Kevin!). While the shop was crowded with customers, it was great to see so many folks on the floor and at the registers, especially when they’re so upbeat and willing to help.
