I went in with a friend. I had a Christmas gift to exchange & was excited to look around & probably spend more. My friend had a gift certificate to spend & also planned to spend more. I hoped for an exchange w/o receipt but was shut down without any discussion, and in such a rude manner, as though I was a total bother to this person. We were spoken to so poorly that we walked out & spent nothing, with no intention to return ever. We had tried to return the gift a week prior & explore the store, but found the shop closed even though the sign was out front & the shop was listed as open on Google. They lost potential repeat customers today.

Wonderful sale today. Extremely helpful service. I heard the owner equally helping the woman before us. Customer service top notch. She even called and found an item in my size at their “sister” store. Christmas music playing… ah - a great shopping experience - and affordable, too! I just moved to the area and want to pop in often! My friend and I remarked that you could find something to wear there if you are 20- or if you are 80! Widely appealing styles with classics - and trendy - thrown in!

Cute clothes and store is nicely laid out. Had fun with my sister trying on clothes and found a few to take home. Great style and lots of fun dresses. Nice variety for all ages.

Unfriendly sales associate, wasn't wearing mask, maybe she should have since she couldn't even smile or be friendly. She looked miserable and seemed bothered that I disturbed her. Probably shouldn't be working in customer service. I had a gift certificate to use and asked her to hold a shirt for me. Sounding bothered she asked me for how long and I told her I'd be back the same day. I returned maybe two hours later and it was back on the mannequin. If I didn't have a gift certificate to use I wouldn't have spent any money here.

The store is great as far as style however your employees are an embarrassment. An absolute Degration to women: this store should be ashamed of themselves. The things that came out of her mouth about Lost all the customers in the store. Not to mention my $120 dollar dress was shoved into a tiny bag because she was eating a salad on the cash register. She apparently does not need to work because her boyfriend makes over 100,000 a year and she don't need this job so if she had to get vaccinated or have to wear a mask she don't need it. I don't care who is or isn't vaccinated but you don't own the store so what your mouth! You offended everyone in there. I will never go back and I'll continue to let people know how ghetto and trashy your help is!
