Bought my lovely reclining couch here. Great financing options and awesome customer service. They greet you, ask you a few questions and leave you to enjoy all the beauty in the store. Not pushy sales but remain available and helpful.

I usually search all the stores, and end up at Complete Suite. Have purchased from them three times in the last 20 years. Great furniture at a great price.

Bought a Stanton sofa in 2017 and every year our cushion covers rips where we sit the most. Never has this happen to any other couch I owned. Stanton is a joke as you can’t even contact them as the “only sell through distributors” which should be a red flag when you can’t contact a company. So the “distributor” that sold me the couch gets the review until they fix this. Comfort suites said I am out of Warrenty and that I can buy new covers. I can see after 7-10 years they may wear down but these are the cheapest covers ever. Last 1 year and paid $3500 for this so called quality couch.

Complete Suite is the best furniture store in town! I ordered a custom couch, and not only did it come way before I was expecting it, but when they delivered there was some confusion and their Service Manager and Service Techs made it right. They responded within 30minutes, and within the hour I had my beautiful custom couch. The level of service is excellent from the sales staff, to the service staff. Thank you Complete Suite!

good furniture, beware of Ross, he types in notes on his computer to make him look good, not the real truth of the phone conversation of why the furniture is still not here after 12 weeks of waiting. Got a refund and went elsewhere. Get this... weeks after the refund he called and asked "are you ready for delivery?" Outstanding communication.

No pressure selling. Can just browse and they will help when you need it. Nice to have time to look around without having someone standing by you all the time. Very pleasant atmosphere
