Took 2 days for someone to answer my phone call to request my MRI disc. Finally got someone on the phone, and was told I could expect my disc in 7-10 business days with no option to expedite shipping. It has now been 14 business days and no disc. I expressed to the person on the phone when I needed my disc of images for an upcoming appointment and was told it would arrive before then. My appointment is now in 4 days, and I must have my previous imaging for the appointment.

at the time I set up my appointment for an MRI. They took me back and try to put me in one of the smaller machines, knowing I was someone of a bigger body structure. When I asked, is there a bigger machine because I can feel my body pressing up against the walls, and it gave me anxiety she said yes, there was a bigger one, but she didn’t put me in because I would’ve had to wait a little while. I told the tech that I was willing to wait for one bigger which I would’ve expected them to already be prepared for that looking through my records, and seeing my weight and height that I was a bigger person, I waited for quite some time a 15 minute MRI appointment took two hours for me to get out and I would just think in the future especially since I had to wait over two weeks for the appointment that they would already be prepared and seeing that I had a history of needing medication to be relaxed before going into one of the MRI machines.

Jesse was my MRI tech and walked me through everything, he was extremely attentive as I get queasy around needles and he made sure I was comfortable. He guided me through the whole process and my experience was very pleasant.

My husband was there for an MRI on 9/2/2022 and fell. I really want to thank the entire staff for helping him get to the ER so fast. You guys were so nice and helpful to us. Thank you for treating him with respect. He was treated and released the same day. All of you are amazing people and I just want you all to know that. Thank you all so much. The Murrays

This is my second visit at this place and today was such a better experience with Janelle! She’s very warm, welcoming and made me feel at ease.I told her I was uncomfortable with the noise and she offered me a set of ear plugs before I put my headphones on which made the entire visit so much better than I had imagined. A little gesture truly goes a long way. Thanks Janelle!

I was extremely nervous and anxious about having an MRI. My technician listened to my concerns, was warm, kind, professional and made me extremely comfortable. She check in on me several times during the procedure. I was able to get through the entire procedure without beung pulled out numerous times. Thank you!
