My MB had an issue that morning so we decided to just trade it for a newer car (since it’s old), we liked how the new Mustang looked so we looked around and my partner found what she liked. Sent a message and received a call from Mike in less than a minute, lol! Decided to swing by that day and ended up bringing home a 24 stang!
Cece and Mike have been great, they helped us throughout the process and were very patient with us. Overall me and Kay had a great time and spent only 2-3 hrs of our time in total shows how smooth the transaction was. I will go back here.
Just please have the coffee available after 4:30 pm ?

Bill did a really great job of explaining the differences between buying and leasing.
He showed us the greatest features of the Grabber yellow Mach-e Rally and sold us on a total electric vehicle ? Only yellow one around the sound, that has the many features as I was looking for.

Took too long to fix business van that I rely on to make my living. I had to initiate the calls for updates and when they responded they kept saying the van was done or they would call to have me pick up the van when it still wasn’t fixed. Weeks and weeks of wasted time. I don’t know what they are doing over there but they didn’t have a problem taking my money. Time will tell if the work they performed will hold up.

My transmission started shifting erratically tech found internal components going out of spec. The advisor gave a choice of rebuilding or replacing the transmission, I chose to replace the transmission since the warranty would be better. Picked up my vehicle and everything is great.

We came to Sound Ford last Saturday and left with a great car thanks to Steven and Mike. Their customer service was good and I felt like they did everything to help us out and to get a fair deal for us. There are a few helpful pointers for future customers: 1) Their online pricing is the lowest number you can possibly get IF you qualify for all discounts. Given that this is highly unlikely, don’t go in with your hopes up that the price you see online is the price you’re going to get. 2) As some other reviews mention, once you get to their finance person you need to pay attention. They go over the numbers VERY fast and the way their paperwork breaks all the numbers down can be confusing. For example, some of the taxes were included in the base price which is something I’ve never seen. It definitely made us wonder if the original offer we agreed on wasn’t what we were getting. We felt rushed to sign and only once we got home we realized that not everything made sense. Just take your time and ask all questions then and there before you leave. Once you leave getting ahold of their finance department can take a while. We called multiple times and got sent to VM. We got a call back 3 days later. 3) We went in on a holiday weekend so it was very busy. We got help and assistance immediately from the sales team but had to wait a couple of hours for their finance person and their waiting area isn’t that nice or big. If you go on a weekend, be prepared to wait for a while to close the deal.
Overall, we got the car we wanted for the price that felt right to us and we are happy with our purchase. Thank you, Sound Ford!

My husbands truck was stolen off their lot because they left the keys in it. When it was found it was totaled. We didn’t get what it was worth through insurance and the dealership didn’t even give him a good deal when he had to buy a new truck. Worst service ever and they didn’t even care. Wouldn't call us back after many calls. Dont take your car here, even if it’s just for regular maintenance like we did.
Claudio- to reply to your response. That is completely untrue. He was not satisfied or happy at all. Good try. Your dealership and the the way you handled this is unbelievable. If I could give you negative stars I would. AGAIN- DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR HERE!!!!

Test driving and buying process was a breeze. One of the best dealerships I’ve been to for these aspects. Roberto was awesome to work with!
On my way home with my new pickup, I got a flat tire. I then realized that this was the reason they were “taking one last look” for 20 minutes before they let me get the pickup after the check was written and paperwork was completed. They got a tire pressure sensor warning and instead of telling me about it, filled the tire with air and sent me on my way.

Not sure if I should leave a review as I am not used to being bullied by a company who continually sends texts begging for a review. Yes, you guys do good work. Yes, you have great staff who help out. Good reviews are compensated by better pricing. Why does it take $250 to diagnose something as easy as a couple of wires and then without looking start to pile up parts and cost? Ask for my cargo/3rd brake light to be looked at cuz it would go off and on intermittently. Friends say loose wire, Friends say maybe water got in. Ford says give us MORE money and we can use our multi million dollar machines to p"diagnose" the problem. Doesn't anyone do good old fashion mechanic work anymore. Just needed to vent not that in doing so would make any difference but you would think with the hundreds of dollars customers spend there maybe vacuuming out a car would be a nice jesture. OR...how about paper floor mats to protect the vehicle from your greasy mechanics boots??? Feel free to text me with a kind jesture on your part. Keep up the good work...
