I don't know what's wrong with the lady who manages this salon. When I sat for my haircut, she asked for the type of haircut that I want. I showed her a photo that I didn't see her looking at. Before keeping away my phone I asked her if she understood to which her reaction was - you don't ask me a question. You just show me and I understand. I clarified that my intention was to ensure that she has noticed the kind of haircut that I want before I keep my phone away. I am not sure what triggered her but I found this response rude. I wouldn't have given a single star if this was it. The haircut that I got was the worse I have ever got. I also got the haircut for my 4 year old and it was substandard too. This place is overcrowded and they make you wait even after making an appointment. I am not going to this salon ever! They need to speak to a few salon owners and learn a thing or two about customer service.

I've been to the salon several times and this is the second time I've had a bad experience so I will not ever go back. I went in to get my very long hair trimmed, and I literally was in the chair less than five minutes. The girl only trimmed the length. I wanted her to give me better bangs and trim the layers and it was just a horrible experience. I don't even know why I paid and I also think it's extremely rude when they talk among themselves language, other than English. She acted like it was an inconvenience for me to be there.

Worst place to ever go to I don’t even wanna write it a one star I want to write it negative I have Finger cuts throughout my head because how hard they rubbed so hard and I had rub burns on my forehead and then I asked him for a little bit of a refund, not a full refund and they called me lying and that I’m not getting a dime and they were cussing at me

In Q salon most of the worker very Rude …
There are one employee for Nail Extension her name is Kathy….She is very Greedy….I went there 3-4 times….She always increases my Nail extensions charges…..starting was $55…then $60….then today it’s $70?
And every time my nail length is almost same….every body knows…every time no body give $10 more….She is Rude also?

Me & my daughter have given Q Salon multiple chances with our eyebrows, yet every time we go, they seem to be in a hurry while constantly scanning the area for new customers. On top of that, they don’t do our brows any justice. Another thing is that they charge you more if you don’t have cash on you to pay. I wouldn’t recommend if you are going there for a brow waxing service.

Very quick and affordable men's cut. $11. Service is so so, bordering on a bit abrupt but for $11 hard to argue. Free, available parking.
