Asked for a quote on a vehicle. Says he can only give me a quote by coming in and scheduling an appointment.
I asked him, “how many e46 have you guys worked on?” He replies “countless amounts, I can’t even count them.”
If you worked on countless of them, why can’t you give me a quote on a car you’ve worked on countless times lol. I would avoid this repair shop like the plague. Clearly bad business practices happen.
I highly recommend 22RPD or Mashimoro in Lynnwood.

Dishonest and crooked. They charge almost more than half the value of the vehicle and did not fix the main reason the car was brought in for. Run form these crooks..

We have had our VW Atlas in twice for minor maintenance, custom work, and oil changes. This shop and staff are genuinely interested in making your car cool and making it yours! We've also got a VW Tiguan that will be headed to Meister Werks for its needs too!

Called to ask about clearing a lighting code on an Audi that I just bought. Lady who answered phone was really rude and replied “ I just don’t clear codes” I left it like that and said “okay thank you bye”. Little did she know I was about to use them as my go to mechanic for the 100,000 maintenance service and also see if they could clear my code. Your loss!

Been there for first and last time!While I tried to explain them what I need and asking them some questions, some guy from the staff was talking super loud on the phone beyond us and we almost couldn't hear and understand each other. They treated me very unprofessionally and not very friendly.I don't recommend them at all!

The dealer I had been taking my car to since it was new (2007) became really crappy recently in regards to service. SO I had to find a new place. This is near my work so I gave them a try.Making an appointment was fairly easy, they got back to me fairly quickly and we got scheduled. They were out a ways, but no worries, we got it squared away.Got the car there, dropped it off, and all is well. This was just routine maintenance. While I think the price is a bit steep, they have good customer service and performed the job as expected/requested.Definitely recommend this place!
