Bought six sets of Christmas lights and plugged them in this year and only one of the six sets turn on full five of the sets are half lit. Purchase new fuses put them in same thing tried to return them and couldn't even talk to a manager

Purchased a refrigerator for delivery and pickup of my old one, back in JUNE. The delivery/installer person was a complete idiot. Did not know how to:Install the ice maker-Hook up the water line to the ice maker-So then he proceeded to:Break the water shut-off valve-Insist the old refrigerator would fit through my front door by shoving it through and damaging it-Now I have been dealing with claims since JUNE for a mere $250 in compensation, which the claims representative JESSICA VICTORIA CARRILLO has delayed for the past 2+ weeks.

I am extremely disappointed in Lowes "new" return policy. I purchased 2 shop lights for my garage. They were LED lights. I installed them and they worked great until a couple of weeks ago. I expirienced a power "Bump", they burned out. Thinking I just needed to replace the lights, I picked up 4 again at Lowes. They were the wrong ones so I took everything back to Lowes to get some help. The lights were evidently just past the "90 days" and therefore couldn"t be returned for money back or exchanged! Now I'm out $50 + dollars and I have to buy 2 more shop lights while the store makes money off of me and I have to dispose of them. I am a senior citizen on limited income and I can't afford this kind of ripoff. I have shopped at Lowes for years without any problems but I won't be anymore. Vicky

The Tukwlia location is one of the worst. After I had explained the where and when I purchased the item, the customer service employee still returned the wrong item. Over charged me for the new item. When calling the store to talk with a manager, Amish, (**** of the year, needs to be fired, as is apparent why the staff act the way they do.)

The absolute worst! They don't deserve one ?! ??? I ordered a washing machine from them last week! It was scheduled for delivery on Monday, the 28th! Paid in advance for removal of the old Washer, and delivery of the new one! They never showed up, and sent me an email saying "no delivery scheduled"! ???? Unbelievable! So I cancelled my order and purchased a nicer one at Home Depot that day! I ended up going to my Bank the following day to file a complaint for my refund! What a hassle! Today, 4 days late, 2 guys just showed up at my house randomly out of the blue, with the cancelled Washer! ??? Maybe they were hung-over on Monday? I told them to forget it! Home Depot was already on their way with my new Washer! I'm filing a complaint with BBB and notified Corp, yesterday! This problem was at the Everett, Washington store on Hewitt Ave. Don't shop there! Employees are rude over the phone, you can't reach a manager even! You are stuck on hold forever! I will never shop at Lowe's again! Beware!??

Recently, I purchased two Pella sliding doors w blinds from Mt Vernon, WA . 2 weeks ago I bought one. Only the LH version was available in stock. Two were in the warehouse, and I was told it would require an hour to fetch from stock. Last night, I returned for my 2nd door. Kevin, asked if I needed anything. Upon checking stock inventory. In less then 15 minutes he pulled the door and cashed me out. Hooray Lowes needs more Kevin’s to satisfy Customers.If any inventory purchaser reads this memo,. I would also like to note that you ought to stock a screen for this line. How do you expect to sell a patio door wo a screen is loss revenue for Lowes! Thanks again Kevin

Lowes cabinet department is the worst they’re trying to sneak a job out from under me. They won’t give me an estimate for the cabinets and the countertops for the customer.

We bought a New Fridgidaire frost free Freezer from Lowes and started having problems and have to defrost it three times in two years. It leaks water all over the floor. Lowes won’t do anything because we didn’t purchase the protection plan. Fridgidaire won’t respond to our emails or answer the phone. We willBe shopping at local momAnd pop shops from now on!

The veterans discount program is terrible. I have gone online 3 times to “renew” my status. All have failed when I get to one of your stores. BTW once a veteran always a veteran!!! Why renew? My drivers lic shows I’m a veteran. Anyway the store had 2 copper ftgs not even 3/4”. You have the copper pipe but no ftgs! What a joke!

I paid for flooring to be installed in June. Got a quote and was told it was expected to be finished by August, is now Novemberand solo not done. They came and installed some flooring then left and marked it as finished. They waited so long the flooring was discontinued. I had to go to a different city and buy it out of my pocket.Don't trust their quote. They said when they miscalculate they will charge you the difference.

Hands down worst experience ever trying to get cabinets delivered to a job site.Lowe's no showed 3 weeks in a row. Now they say I can pick up 2 cabinets here and 1 at this other lows and 4 are on back order. Yet I have multiple emails saying the cabinets are on the truck and being delivered. Good luck trying to get ahold of anyone at the Lowe's in port orchard wa. Nobody answers the phone, it just rings and rings. If you guys can’t execute getting product to customers or manage getting the product to one store so I can come pick it up, then you should SHUT THE DOORS. You are making promises and commitments that you are not honoring. I feel like I was ripped off for $4000
