Staff was professional, easy check in on monitor, screen shows order of patients, waiting area inside is very small but can also wait out in lobby just out the door. Get results emailed directly to you. Generally pleased with my experience there.

Horrible experience. I needed a stat order done the day of and this clinic was the only one opened on a Saturday. My dr sent in a lab order of Thursday and I go in but there is only 2 people working and they couldnt find my order. There was supposed to be 5 people working that day, The front desk person was trying her best to help but this place is just so poorly organized. Whoever manages this labcorp us doing it poorly. The nurse said she would get my lab order to my Dr but my Dr never received results. My treatment plans were greatly affected and I lost several thousands of dollars because of this. I needed blood work for my ivf treatment plan. Avoid this place at all costs.

I needed to get my annual physical bloodwork done. I walked in at 9 o’clock. Unfortunately I was missing paper work.
Prisca was very kind and courteous explained to me they needed to have the paperwork so they could process the job.
On October 18, I was able to get the paperwork they needed showed up about 8 o’clock. The waiting room was full after I did the auto check in. I went over and met Clara who is amazing at customer service Prisca was there again today very nice very helpful. They were both very helpful in helping me process the paperwork. I did have to wait. About 15 minutes when I got into the lab Tut was my phlebotomist there was no pain at all She was very nice very courteous. The only thing I can say is I’m sad. I cannot give more stars service was excellent. The people are wonderful. I want to say thank you to all of them.

The incompetence is absolutely UNREAL!! My Dr sent the order, I made the appointment, confirmed the appointment, did the pre-appointment paperwork, checked in online, check-in was confirmed. Then I go in for my appointment time and they have no record of my appointment or my check-in and no lab order. I ask them to call my Dr to have it resent, the desk lady calls and tells me she can’t get through to the number I provided. I then call the same number right then and get through just fine. I wait hours while my Dr sends the order repeatedly. Finally, the desk lady says they found the order. I give my sample and leave. A week later, my Dr tells me that Labcorp says they have no record of me being there! What on earth is going on with this place?!

Did a walk in for some blood work. Checked in at the kiosk. Waited an hour for them to call my name and get the lab order. I’ve bow been waiting over an hour and haven’t been called back for the draw. This place is horrible! I will go to literally any other lab from now on. People with walk ins who came in after me are getting called back. This is just bad.

I come here because it’s close to my doctors. Wait time was 60 minutes, several people went before me. They said it was my paperwork and they were figuring it out. I had two orders from two doctors and I had the paperwork as well. Nurse finally came, I reminded her there were two different doctors. It was the most painful blood draw I have ever had and she left a huge bruise and bump. Two weeks later I am still waiting on my results from the second doctor but the first ones have come in. I think she forgot. I will go elsewhere from now on. You should too!

Zero stars! Avoid this place! Nothing but incompetent people working here and rude staff members. Don't waste your time coming here!!!!! You will have a horrible experience. I scheduled an appointment due to my daughter having high anxiety and fear, figured with appointment it would quick in and out minimize anxiety/panic attack- 20 minutes past my scheduled time they tell me they don't have my lab order when my doctor told me all lab corps had access to the order. I sent over her order and they tell me they can't use it. Front desk associate refused to tell me her name when I asked so I could go to her supervisor. This is not my first issue I've had here but this will be my last time ever going to a lab corp they ruined the whole business for me. If you don't know how to do part of the job your shouldnt be working there. And customer service and patient care is trash! Do better! Your in the medical industry for goodness sakes!

Rude girl at front desk. Waited 40 minutes with 13 other people and no one had got called back. After waiting that long was told my paper work hadn't got signed off so they couldn't see me. Came home and found out papers were signed off. No plan to go back!!!!

Labcorp at 4330 Medical Arts Center Building.I’ve read the poor reviews so was ready to deal with a long wait. Nope! I made an appt online. Checked in once I was in the parking lot. Walked into building and got a text they were ready for me. Went into office, checked in with receptionist and was seen within 5 minutes, on time for my set appt. Done in 5 minutes. Phlebotomist was excellent, got a vein in the first try.Biggest drawback was finding the building. You’ll need a few extra minutes to find the building in the complex. NOT in main hospital/ER building. Look for 4033 Medical Arts on side of building. Suite 240.I will say the waiting room was packed.

This was a horrible experience I was turned away without getting my blood drawn. I was told I had a balance and the couldn't help me. So they couldn't help me because I owed $25.00. No options or alternative options was given. I came in for a blood draw not a burger. Why be in Healthcare if patients don't come 1st.

The last visit took 4hrs to get blood drawnThis visit I got to pee in a cup quickly, but than left sitting for 30 minutes because they forgot I had labs. When I point a this out, they got an attitude as if it was my fault they don't know how to function. Never stepping foot in this lab again. Shameful

A truly confounding experience. It would seem that LabCrops system is very buggy based on experience with Check-in terminals and mobile app, and that staff are simply not trained to process patients at pace to avoid a backlog.

Expect to wait 30-40min even if you set an appointment. I’m typing this review right now as I sit and wait for my 3pm appointment. I got here at 2:47pm as you are told to “PLEASE ARRIVE 15 MINUTES BEFORE YOUR APPOINTMENT.” Whoever’s job it is to approve the language used for their check in system should revise this to a more appropriate “please click the mobile check in when you are about to leave your house, so by the time you get here 20min after your set appointment time, you’ll only have to wait an additional 10min before you are seen.”It’s currently 3:22pm and based on past experiences at this location, I should be seen around 3:30-40pm.

A most definitely 0 star experience. To be fair it’s not the staff, they are overworked. A single person is manning the front desk and going room to room to do the blood work. As a result the wait is crazy, getting help with your orders is impossible, and the proper management for your tests is almost guaranteed not to happen. I had 3 tests in total from my doctor, they could not find one and the front desk refused to speak to me about it. Of the other two tests, result for one never came. Meanwhile my health suffered. I would avoid this place at all costs. Labcorp management needs to staff it better.
