This lab never answers their phone and never calls people back, it’s Friday and I’ve called 8 times this week, no response

Absolutely terrible waiting time. First time I came I was a walk in, cheked at the kiosk and then waited till I grew old on that chair. Absolutely insane. Each person going in was staying at least 15 minutes and there was O clarity on who was next, screen was not working and no one at the lab made it easier to get any clarity. Second time, came HAVING an appointment clearly done. Received a code on my phone, scanned it at the kiosk when I came, 10 min before my appointment time. No message on the screen to make it clear if it was scanned or not. Saw my name on the screen, I was first in line. After waiting 20 minutes, people that were walk ins, were called inside, me and my appointment completely ignored. 40 min wait and still not in, and all of a sudden my name appears last on the list. Completely disappointed ? such a disorganized location. Will never ever come here again, I thought first time was a mistake. But is seems this is their horrible way of treating clients. Horrible.

Clara is AMAZING! I have had many many blood draws the last few years, and I cannot say how much I appreciated her good attitude, great stories (perfect distraction during the draw), and quick and efficient blood draw. She was so great the first time I met her, that I drove out of my way the second time to make sure I came back. She is fantastic, and I will get my blood drawn here every time because of her. Sending a thank you to Clara for making my last two draws so smooth!

Got here at 11:45 and got told I had to wait over an hour because they closed at noon….Why’s that my problem it’s 11:45? There is no one in line….

Had a wonderful experience with Clara; she made the labs quick/painless and was very kind. The lab was open on time and as a walk-in I did not have to wait too long.

Pleasant experience with my labs order. Used the mobile check-in to receive a text when my appointment was ready while waiting in my car. Only waited a couple of minutes to be seen and was in and out in under 10 minutes. Friendly phlebotomist and smooth process overall!

Had a totally fine experience. Booked appointment online, check in at kiosk went fine, staff member was friendly and did a fast and painless blood draw.
