I am laughing. I called to just check if my local H&R Block helped with quarterly taxes for small businesses because I could not find a definite answer online and the person that answered had no idea what quarterly taxes were and put me on hold for 12 minutes just to find out that this H&R Block 'doesn't really do small businesses'. So be forewarned.

Gave me a quote for preparing taxes, then when they were finally ready just before tax day the rate doubled, apparently because the preparer hadn't actually reviewed my documents before giving me the quote. Also made a lot of incorrect asssumptions about my filing status that shows they didn't clearly look at what I submitted
