Weird setup as far as the whole parking garage thing but that's whatever. Good view overall from my room . Pretty decent area considering what's around for food and shopping etc . I'm just here for work so I can't really say to much on that part . Overall a solid hotel . Haven't really needed anything as far as service goes but check in was smooth ? So yea go here if you need to stay in Renton or if you can afford it go to the Hyatt regency of Course haha ?.Nearby activities: Top golf and some shopping near by etc .

I'm really pleased with the location and convenience of this place. Although the breakfast could be improved a bit, the staff always checks in before closing time, which is great. Moreover, the rooms are really comfortable, and they do an adorable thing with the toilet paper that I just love. The shampoo, conditioner, and body wash set up is also great. All in all, I'm really happy with my experience here and I tend to stay here quite often.Food & drinks: This hotel is located just down the street from The Landing and offers plenty of excellent dining options. It's close to Top golf and some shopping too.

I stayed at this hotel a few years and had a good experience. The hotel has a nice welcoming atmosphere, staff are friendly and helpful and check in is easy. The room is spacious, very clean, with a King Size Bed, a decent quality sofa bed, separate desk space and a small kitchen area.Depending on the room you book, the kitchen area has a worktop, small sink, fridge, microwave and a coffee maker. The bathroom is clean, Toilet and shower cubicle are together, bathroom sink and closet are separate with premium bathroom toiletries,We were on the top floor so we had a balcony with a nice view of Lake Washington and the street below. The location is situated on Lake Washington Road, close to the shopping area, 405 highway and other activities. The breakfast is very nice with the usual selection of food you would expect with some extras. The seating environment is good with outdoor seating in nice weather.Overall this was better than what I expected and I highly recommend this hotel to anyone whether it’s a short or long stay.Rooms: Very clean rooms and spaciousNoteworthy details: Clean and modern hotel

I will never book with this property again. They have lost a good customer. Due to the weather I couldn’t make it over the pass and the property wouldn’t allow me to move the dates on my reservation. They definitely lost a customer; due to work this was going to be my preferred hotel and was going to be there once a month! But I will have to pick another hotel now. They also were really rude when I asked them if I could change the dates.

Getting long in the tooth but they're doing great with what they are working with. Actual customer service, super responsive and people that seem to be enjoying their jobs. Great security with gated parking. Good coffee in the lobby pretty much 24/7. The non premium (free) wifi is tolerable. Who charges for premium wifi anymore? (Talking to you Hilton...) Parking is not free (like Google is saying) but reasonable. They could use a refresh but again, doing well with what they have.

Very bad customer service. The front desk doesn't provide you with the correct information. I did my reservation through a third-party website, but it looks like the hotel didn't like the quote and wanted me to pay $20 extra. They forced me to do this by letting me know that they will give me a king bed room which I needed 2 queen beds for 2 guests per room (my original reservation) and if I want to queen beds, I have to pay $20 extra per night for that. Now I have to pay $40 extra by force, but ok, I had no choice. When I pulled my card to pay, I found that I'm paying $75. When I asked why? The employee at the front desk said it's for my security deposit. He didn't even mention that to me before charging it from me. It is very unprofessional and irritating, especially if you are going to start a vacation with this experience. Please, if you have to make a reservation at this hotel, make sure you do this through the hotel, not a third-party website, and make sure from what you are paying as the front desk doesn't act professional with providing all the payment info before charging process

The pros: Rooms were pretty solid except other doors slam too hard. The rooms were spacious and very clean. The breakfast offering is decent and is open until 10am.The cons: our car was hit in the parking garage and there aren't any cameras down there. I filed an incident report and police report because it's a rental car. The fire alarm went off at 4am and ended up being a false alarm. Unfortunately, handicapped people were stuck on non ground floors because the elevators were turned off. This seems wildly bizarre. Either don't put handicapped people upstairs, don't turn the elevators off, or have staff ready to assist them in the case of a real alarm. The lobby convenience items are outrageously overpriced.Overall, not a bad place. I think with some improvements, this place could do really well considering its price point, amenities, and the nearby alternatives. It may be a two star hotel, but if you're not looking for a spa or other convenience, this is a solid choice.Rooms: Rooms were very clean. Our bathtub water handle was loose and kept getting too hot on its own.Nearby activities: The landing is nearby which offers some good food choices and shopping.Safety: If you are disabled or handicapped, DO NOT accept a non ground floor in the off chance of a fire alarm. There is no way for you to get out because they turn the elevators off and you will not have any assistance getting out.Walkability: You could walk to the landing in about 5-10 minutes.

I can’t actually remember my room and it was only a few days ago. So, it was functional but not memorable. I think it was quite dark too but a good size. Parking is secure, indoor and gated… for a charge. The Hyatt Regency is a ten minute walk away and has a decent bar and restaurant.

Overall this hotel is great. The rooms are nice and the staff is welcoming and friendly. The parking is not the best. Majority of the spaces are for compact cars and other cars seemed to park over the line marking it hard for others to park. If you're expecting a spectacular view of Lake Washington from this location do not stay at this location.
