It seemed like our salesperson didn’t want to be inconvenienced to help us. We had an appointment to take a truck out for a test drive. When we got back, my husband asked about another truck they had onsite and our salesman didn’t even offer to show us. We walked ourselves over to it and a couple of minutes later our salesman parked the truck we test drove right next to us, and then walked straight inside. Didn’t stop to see if we had questions or anything. Didn’t even look at us. The part that kind of sucks is that we actually wanted to buy the truck we test drove. We just don’t want to work with that guy.

Working with CarMax was incredibly easy. Furthermore, they beat what the dealership was offering me for a trade-in by thousands!! Even with the tax savings of 10% I would have gotten on the trade-in value, CarMax was STILL better by almost $1000!
They were also friendly, helpful, expedient, and advised me on all I needed to bring, know, and do.
When I told the salesperson at Subaru how I had chosen CarMax, he also said that he loves CarMax and got an awesome deal with them when he chose to sell his car. Seriously, I don't think there is a better or easier way to sell a car.

I used CarMax-Renton to sell my car.
I started the process online and got a fair estimate. Of course you have to take the car in so they can confirm the details and that car features and condition match the website entries.
Upon arrival, check-in was easy and within a few minutes, someone was with me and the process was underway.
After confirming the car matched with my website entries, the offer obtained on the website was confirmed and we finished the paperwork to transfer title within about 30 minutes & I was on my way with the check in hand.
It’s an efficient process and the main person I worked with was knowledgeable, professional and courteous, willing to take the time to explain everything & answer any questions.
I would certainly use again and definitely recommend you check them out if you have the need to sell your vehicle.

Made appointment to view and drive several cars. When we got there the first car was pulled up and full of fuel, after test drive the next car was pulled up and fueled when we returned from test driving the first and same for the next car.
The sales person was warm, friendly, helpful and NEVER pushy. They put everything in the computer and everything went smoothly.
The cars on the lot were in excellent condition, and recent models, no models were older.
They also have a service center there.
We would and will buy from them again.
They will also have other cars brought in from other locations, free if near by, I believe it is a hundred miles, or for a reasonable fee if further away or out of state.
Much better than car dealers who are pushy and show you everything they have in your price point.
CHECK THEM OUT when looking for a vehicle.

I had a really bad experience here. My salesperson seemed like she would rather be at a funeral than help me. She was rude, snappy, and seemed agitated. I asked about the inspection report and she snapped, "We don't have to show you that!" She asked repeatedly about an extended warranty that I said I did not want, and she rolled her eyes and sighed when I firmly said no. When we looked at the car, the inside was dirty, even though they knew one week ahead of time that I was coming in to buy the car. I told the salesperson that it was dirty, and she said she would tell the car detailer to clean it. It was still filthy when were ready to leave two hours later (see photos). I was so tired of dealing with this person that I just chose to clean it myself. I had the car inspected by my mechanic and they found the spare tire flat, a small chip in the windshield, and the driver's seat belt that would not retract. I wonder what kind of "inspection" they did that missed all of those things? I had to run all over town to get these things repaired (it was covered), except for the seat belt. Apparently it is okay if a seat belt does not retract and just hangs down and falls out of the car every time you get out of the car. I will never buy from here again. They acted like they were doing ME a favor by selling me a car.

What a miserable experience. Even with an appointment the wait was incredibly long. All I wanted was to test drive a car, but they somehow couldn't let me do that without an hours long wait. Don't waste your time coming here and go somewhere that cares. Visited Saturday 7/27 in the evening.

The experience was seamless and easy. Fairly quick too. I had my appraisal, walked in, 30 minutes later my appraisal was revealed. I sold my car in about 45 minutes. Great process.
