I don't think I've experienced customer service like this anywhere else. The staff was so friendly and encouraging. My go-to store is usually Sally's, but I'm making the switch to this Ulta.

Catherine was great. This is my first experience with buying makeup from a cosmetics store. The first 7 trips were kind of irritating because of their Covid rules and they didn’t color match, so we couldn’t get my color right. Catherine understood my frustration and personally helped me find exactly what I was looking for. In the 5 Ulta Beauty stores I’ve been to in the Seattle area, this one definitely stands out and their employees are honestly there to help!

I walked in here thinking it was Ross bc I got turned around. But the staff wasn't weird about it when I just immediately walked out so that's a plus.

Simply visited this location for some stying gel. The lady at the front desk took so much time to ring my one item. During our encounter the associate pushed me multiple times to sign up for reward points, (I buy this hair gel once every 4-5 months) each time I clearly said no, no thank you, nope, etc. then before finally wrapping things up the associate says I can’t return anything without an account. I called the store after returning home I called the store explaining, that’s what receipts and the physical card are for. The matter of fact is I was never interested in returning my gel until the associate became pushy and felt as though I was being treated like a criminal, before I even checked out! Who knew working at a make up place would be so hard for some people. I’ll just buy my gel cheaper, online from the source. No need for a middle man.

I'd say 80% of the people who work here are genuinely nice people. A few are obviously faking it but everyone has a bad day once in a while

I was glad to be able to select perfumes for the ladies in my family without being accosted by salespeople. It was great. They were still very available to help and check for stock when needed. It was also nice that they had all of their products open and on display so customers could see everything since there's this "no touch" rule now. Many other makeup stores have their products closed so you can't even see the product so kudos to Ulta for being on top of your game! Great job guys.

Your hair will fall of don’t do any color here. I’ve always gone to Antonio Salon and always had amazing hair, BUT after doing two color sessions with them for the first time to try my hair starting to fall of on chunks for 2 months I went to the dermatologist and he told me it must’ve been something they used on my hair. Nothing can repair the damage they have done literally my hair burned after going with them and it is definitely not the hair dressers fault but of ULTA for allowing dangerous chemicals. I paid so much money for my hair to just be damaged. Never would recommend to come here at all.

I had been doing all my shopping online since the pandemic started, no issues. I came into the store to return a powder that was the wrong shade. I double checked with the person helping me that the card would work online. She assured me it would, when I tired to use it online I could not. Turns out she gave me store credit instead of a gift card. Which is specifically what I did not want due to the pandemic. Of course the only way to fix this their error is to go back into the store. I will hang on to the card until it is safe to shop in person again, Sephora now has my business.

DO NOT GO HERE. Store has had rude employees for years now (I’ve been a frequent shopper until now).Worth a drive to another store. They do not enforce covid protocols. Watched 10+ people bunch up in line and employees could care less. And don’t ask any questions to employees, they will be rude and treat you as if you are bothering them.I recommend literally any other makeup store. This location does not deserve business.
