We've been to good nail spas, ok ones and bad ones. Never been to one where there's a danger of losing your fingers :(
My daughter was there recently and came back with bloody fingers.
I know, sometimes minor accidents happen. But the fact that they didn't tell the parent or even tried to put a band-aid on the wound is just unacceptable (my wife put the band-aid later on when she got to know)

Just had a lovely gel mani pedi by KC. It was a nice space and the service was relaxing. The results are perfect- so glad to be ready for summer! And I love that I was able to book online same-day!

Good service and technique. The mani-pedi is very relaxing and very hygienic. I've had 3 appointments, with 3 different technicians, and I leave very pleased with my nails every time. The gel lasts a long time, and this has helped my nails to grow healthy, too, as I go there for the removal before it starts peeling too much. Just come early to pick your colors, as there are many many options, and they don't have any photos or suggestions up, so it's entirely up to you.
Update: 4 times, best nails yet.

I got my nails done here recently I heard good things. But I was disappointed I got a gel manicure The customer service there is not very great The lady who was doing my nails was on the phone, She was just rushing to get done . I've had the nails for less than a week it's already chipped. Which I've never had happen before,That quickly they also do not look the best I was overall disappointed.

If I could give zero stars I would. They're so extremely rude, I just asked to remove my acrylic nails nothing else and it wasn't even 6:30 yet.. they close at 7 and as rude as he could said no they're closed and don't have time? I've never seen a salon with such rude employees before.

Fair pricing, but even with an appointment I felt rushed. Sloppy polish done very quickly and poorly. Even after a “fix” they still look terrible.

I went for a pedicure, the technician just rushed through everything.
This technician, never introduced themselves-everything was completed in about 15 minutes. 2 years of wonderful service in this salon, today’s experience just makes want to think twice before going here.

Their pedicure was quick, and their customer service was poor. They didn’t know how to achieve a color they had as an option. Very unhappy with service here.

Had an average experience. May be because they accepted my walk-in 30 mins before closing. I would have rather had a relaxing pedicure than being rushed and getting it done just for the sake of it. I will probably return one more time. Everyone deserves a second chance!

I’ve been going to tips n toes for a couple of years now and have been happy with their service! They are typically able to get me in within 24 hours and have a TON of color options in regular polish, gel, and the dipping powder. Their pricing is also very fair which I appreciate.
