I had a car that wouldn't start and needed a tow. After calling multiple places to get quotes, I almost settled and then gave Ken's Towing a call. They were super helpful on the phone arranging the tow and were much less than other companies in the area. Krys was the driver that showed up incredibly fast to help, however I was able to get my car started and ended up not needing the tow service. I was so thoroughly impressed by how kind and knowledgeable he was. If you have a need for a tow, I would highly recommend you call Ken's Towing.

I was given an option of either pick up my truck right away for extra fee or do it in the morning for cheaper. I needed my truck to work in early morning so I came the same day, paid extra fee for driver to come but surprisingly they didn’t put the shifting part back and told me to come the other day so they can do a discount. However I came the other day and didn’t have any discount so I basically paid extra because I was told that I can pick it up and then they told me I can’t but left the charge. Worst experience

They steal from your vehicle if there is no inventory taken before they get it supposedly. My battery charger is just missing. The lady, when I called to ask about it, was acting very defensive and said she wouldn't even ask her driver because "it was his day off ". I said I would call tomorrow abc she said no don't do that. They are shady as hell.

My car had stalled this morning. Wouldn’t turn over. Called a few towing places. Two were super abrupt and the other was 2 hours out.Called Kens. Super nice, patient and were able to come right away. As I was on the phone with them, I was able to get my car started and barely made it to my mechanics. The person I spoke to wasn’t even the least bit irritated with me.I would and probably will need to with my old Jeep call them again.

We called Ken's to have a vehicle removed from our parking spot. The dispatcher I initially spoke with was Debbie and she was very kind and helpful. Ted Moore was our driver and he was very friendly and professional. He was able to get the car out of a tight spot and did so with ease. Would definitely reach out to Ken's and Ted if needed in the future.
