Jim was a fantastic agent on the way in *and* on the way out. I moved out of state and he worked with my new agent to ensure that I had a smooth transition with State Farm, something he didn't have to do. While signing up with him, he got me better rates and is the only agent to go line by line and explain the various options of insurance. I told him I have no idea what insurance is and I really only have it because it's the law. Jim changed all that. He followed up with getting me insurance for my boat, my home, and an umbrella policy that according to my coworkers, was absurd that I didn't already have. I wish I could have kept him as my agent even with my out of state move. :(Thanks, Jim!

Rates are a little high but they've been very honest and very personable. Jim and his crew are a great choice.

I’ve been less than pleased with this office. Transferring my policies over from my old office was difficult, policy payments all over the place. When we did the transfer I had said I’ll pay whatever comes out over to keep everything current, well for 2-3 months there were policies that still said money owed.Business hours are horrible. If you work 9-5 and can’t call when you work, you’re out of luck.I have 2 auto and a home policy with them, and it’s just not worth it. Called to get a business liability quote and she straight out said “we can’t do that.”?????Good riddance.

Jim and company is what an agent should be. Very personable and his staff are helpful to get things done. If you need insurance, stop by.
