Ridiculous pricing! I filed taxes with them last year because my Turbotax person was unavailable. It costed me $150 for my LLC and $300 for personal. It was more than what Turbotax charges, but I was ok with it. I gave them another shot this year. Guess what the bill for the same taxes is $619 for LLC and $591 for personal. The only thing that changed is that I made a little more money. No complications in filing taxes, not much changed from previous year. In fact last year prep time was 2 hours total, this time she finished in 30 minutes. But, apparently they love to price gouge their customers. I am taking my business elsewhere. Crappy company!

***AVOID*** This office does not answer phones. They leverage voicemail or transfer you to the 1-800 number. Voicemails are not returned and the 1-800 number has such high static in the line you can't really tell what the automated system is even saying. Clearly this office is a victim of its own success and too busy to assist even their current long-standing clientele.

Although I did get the help I needed to get my taxes filed on time, I felt there were several times I already knew the answers to something I had looked up on IRS forms, but I had to wait hours for my preparer to talk to her supervisor and get back to me with the same information. In another instance, there was a tax form I wasn't even aware I was missing until I carefully reviewed my return and realized I hadn't been asked if I had any HSA distributions. Finally, after paying the extra $30 to get that form added to my return, I couldn't review the return without paying the $30 a second time. Since we were so close to the deadline I went ahead and paid it so I could review and sign the return, then did as I was instructed and uploaded the receipts and credit card statement showing the extra payment, but no one will get back to me now to refund that extra payment. This whole process as a first-time filer after a divorce has been very frustrating for me and I don't think I would go this route again.

I won't be coming back here again. My advisor Hang Bui did not help me get more back on my return. She was simply just a person to type my information. I could've done the same thing on TurboTax. Not to mention, she laughed multiple times when I told her I wanted to pay my tax balance with the IRS payment plan. How disrespectful. She made me feel inadequate for not paying $3,400 upfront. Please save your money and do not go to this H&R Block.

We booked a consultation over the phone and met with Shelly in person. She was rude, condescending, and incredibly unhelpful- telling us to “just read the forms” and googling answers in front of us. We were wanting advice from a tax expert, & fully prepared to pay for that experts time but Shelly had no interest in helping us, ranting that her time is valuable and she’s here on a Saturday, and by talking with us she could be missing out on a paying customer… as if we aren’t paying customers!

Alice Helped me file my taxes and she’s been the best in what she does. I hate H&R Block but Alice will be the reason I file again only in Redmond location.
