Awful terrible. If only there was an option to give a -1 star rating. The worst haircut I've ever had, was cut way too short and simply looks weird.
The beard trim was even worse. She used a trimmer, when I asked if she could use a razor to clean up properly she said, "this is the razor". There were literally patches of hair left on my face.
I'm still furious I had to pay for this. I've been to other great clips locations, never will I make the mistake to visit this chain again.

All depends on the person who happens to be next up to cut your hair. I had a good one this visit.
Requested style: Zero fade

Location frequently closes earlier than listed hours. Frustrating to try to get my haircut after work (about 5:30) and be told they are closing at 6:00 so they won't help me. Don't bother coming here.

My go-to place for my hair cuts. Friendly staff and good atmosphere.

This rating is only about the owner (at least the lady claimed so), as I ended up not cutting my hair there (until at least the owners change).
I walked in on Saturday to get a haircut and saw the waiting area full with people. The lady was accepting reservations (at least that's what I thought) and I asked if the wait time shown on the screen was correct (it was showing 50+ minutes). She asked if I had a reservation, and I said no, and then mumbles something like "you should have reserved online first". I said that's too long, and I will check back in later. That day I checked the website and it clearly stated that they accept walk-ins.
So next morning I've decided to go early to be there as soon as they open. For context, their online reservation is not working while the place is closed. So if you want to use it, you have to wait for the business to open first, and then sign up, which would already be late for me. I wanted to be the first one in the queue.
So it is 9:45AM and I'm standing in front of the business, watching something on my phone - bothering nobody. There was even nobody around to bother. Then this car drives by, slows down near me and the same lady from yesterday shouts "I told you to sign up first before coming. You shouldn't have came without registration.". I said "mind your own business" and continued looking into my phone - because I still didn't know that this is apparently the owner of the place.
5 minutes later this lady approaches to the door and says something like "I don't want you to be here. I don't feel comfortable when there is some man near the door". And she continued her grumpy self-talk. At that point I asked if they're the owner and she confirmed that's the case. Well, with that attitude you're not getting my money.
I said that they're handling the business they own in the worst possible way and that this way they won't be around in business for long. And so I left.
For context, I usually dress nicely when I go out from home - even to a hair salon. So, I definitely wasn't leaving an impression of a homeless person or a drug addict, to warrant somebody to be uncomfortable.
Hope this gives everyone enough context about what type of business this is and how they don't value customers. Good luck!

Good place for hair cuts at a reasonable price.
There’s option of online appointment - which saves you time. And your preferences are stored, so hair cuts are consistent that ways.

Really bad experience. She was not careful with the comb and kept moving it in a manner that hurt on ears, nose. She cut the hair so short even after prompting during the cut that I don’t want so short. She kept saying I am blending. My hair is not blended and they look absurd now.

Pam is terrible. Hair cut looks uneven and bad. Was too rough with handling.

My experience at Great Clips was disappointing. The staff seemed unprofessional and inexperienced. During my haircut, I was asked what tools to use, which was concerning. Unfortunately, I ended up with a deep cut that left a bald spot for three months. Overall, I wouldn’t recommend this place.

I used Great Clips before but in different locations. Today I was close by and decided to give this branch a shot. It was around 9:20am. I barely woke up and usually not chatty in the morning. I got Pam Logan as my stylist. She starts with the small talk. Question after question, and I simply reply: "Good thank you" (keeping it short). I then was forced to say: "sorry, but I don't like to chat too much in the morning". She replies: "Oh, I like to chat" Apparently, she did not like me not small talking back. She took the trimer and started shoving it up my head, jerking my head left and right. Forceful and not gentle at all. I was patient but she was rough and not soft/gentle at all and this never happened to me before. I was really upset and told her: Can you please be more gentle? stop jerking my head like that. She did not like my tone after I lost my patience and told me: "You don't have to be rude to me". I told her I was not trying to be rude, but do I have to tell you to be gentle or how to do your job? She barely finished the cut. My whole visit was around 7 minutes or less. I walked out totally disappointed, feeling ripped-off that I even have to pay at all for this treatment and shitty not even done haircut. I went home and shaved my head fully to correct the situation. How sloppy, rough and with no sense of care. I guess I will take care of my head on my own and not risk random stylists.

They messed my hair all the way up, I should’ve just let it grow out.

I generally don’t write reviews, especially negative ones. But looking at the other reviews here I felt like I should since I have also been at the receiving end of extremely bad behavior. The “hairdresser” (I think her name is Kim) was outright rude to me for no apparent reason. When I went to check on my daughter she gave me a glare and asked me to “go and sit down over there”. I don’t like to create a scene in public so I didn’t say anything to her. I didn’t notice it then but after I got back home I saw that this was the atrocious haircut she did, which was supposed to be a simple trim. This is my second visit to this salon and I am not sure if I want to go back there again. I did complain about her to another hairdresser, her name is Tammy, who happened to cut my daughter’s hair last time. She was not only very good to her but also checked with me to make sure she is cutting the desired length. I will not just leave a bad review over here but also send an email to the customer service. I can see many people have experienced similar awful customer service there so I have to leave a one star review for hiring such inept, ill-mannered and outright insolent people, who tarnish the image of other good hairdressers.
