I have been getting my hair cut in this place for a long time, many years, but today the "master" named ANNA (Asian) just killed me with her attitude, I show her what is wrong, she answers me everything is fine, don't worry about it, it stunned me and after all this I paid and left the salon and I see from the car she says something and everyone is looking at me, at the time when her manager was there, I am very unhappy with this attitude, I will change this salon to another, I do not recommend!

The Asian woman absolutely screwed my hair. She cut my hair for maximum 10 minutes and in the end she said “ok it looks perfect! See you in couple weeks”.

Had a lot of visits never had a bad haircut and always had friendly stylists. Even though I can’t make reservations, the online checkin works and the prices are more inexpensive compared to salons that take appointments.

I'm a frequent customer at the Bridle Trail location since several years. Many different stylists. Today, Natalie was absolutely fantastic. Others have been great too. Once in a while you might get a less than perfect haircut but overall, this is a good place to go. Have always been treated respectfully, listened to, and made to feel comfortable.

Appalling experience! I want to give negative 5 stars for the staff that yelled at me today during consultation around 12:15pm, Monday Jan 15th. She is blonde, short and has a rude attitude right from start! (I should’ve asked her name, but if manager cares I left the time and description in this review) This was my fav place for hair cut. But this lady repeatedly yelled at me that a picture she asked me to show her is not a ‘pixie’ and my front hair is too short for a pixie. She also kept yelling how much she should cut at the back, but I’ve already told her in the beginning just shave it up. Totally non-senses form her. So I stood up and the other staff (brown long hair, I should’ve ask her name) next to the counter took me in for haircut, I showed her the simple pixie picture, and she did a fantastic haircut for me! Because of her I’m raising my review by two stars. What a huge contrast! One so rude to the point of yelling, one so profesisonal and wonderful. Unbelievable!

Arrived 35 minutes before closing 2 employees wrapping up with customers and only one customer waiting and as I was being greeted (along with their poor attitude) requesting a quick trim since I'm just a guy with short hair taking 10-12 minutes to cut got tops. Instead I got turned away immediately without the slightest attempt to apologize and was still 30 minutes before closing after driving 20 minutes out of my way just to get there. I usually don't do reviews like this, but the level of her customer service was so off-putting for me I felt my story must be told to the people as Im sitting in front of the establishment still 8 minutes from closing as their last customer waiting leaves while the other worker was already done doing nothing, because heaven forbid they get stuck there until closing with a customer. This was my first visit to this location and will also be my last at this location. I implore you to enroll this girl in an entry-level course at Charm School for rehabilitation.

Okay, I am totally wrong. Canceled out on my regular appointment and went here expecting to be butchered and ended up getting one of the best haircuts I have had in the last 15 years. Love them. Love their service. Make a reservation
