Great bike shop! I stopped in and the owner let me borrow his bike chain breaker for my new chain which was very nice of him. Will be back to join one of the group rides.

Went in for some spare parts, and Nick at the service area was super chill, and taught me how to do a brake job on the spot. I can tell this is a competent shop from that short interaction, and I know where I’ll be bringing my bike to if I ever encounter problem I cannot resolve on my own.

I was recently in need of new tubes and tires for my bike and without an appointment they were able to fit me in. As always, the service was prompt, professional, and super friendly. While I waited they changed out the tubes and tires and actually gave me some free product that had been previously donated to the shop. I offered to pay for it, but they said they wanted to pass it forward. I've bought 2 bikes from them over the years and I will continue to use them exclusively. I drive past 3 other bike shops to get to this one and I'd drive past a dozen more if I had to. Don't use anyone else. This bike shop is simply the best!!!

Great Local Bike Shop - Nick and Jake are extremely knowledgeable, have the highest integrity, and are very personable. I left so happy buying a bike from them, would gladly return, and would highly recommend them to anyone else looking to buy a bike or service their existing bike!

I bought my dad a bike in August and they still haven't given it to him. First they had delay after delay to get his handlebars adjusted. Then they lost the key to remove the battery. We've been waiting 2 months just for that key. Don't bother buying a bike because they won't even give it to you. I might have to dispute the charges because I'm not sure they will ever give it to us. $3k for smoke.
