Very rude behavior of the manager.. went to deposit the money in account.. was waiting in the line.. as my turn came.. went to the window it was the STUPID RUDE MANAGER on other side.. i told him i want to deposits the money.. He was like have you filled the slip, i said no coz usually you just go in there and tell them the amount and they count its using the counting machine and asks you to insert debit card and its done.. simple. i told him the same that just day before yesterday i came and never filled the slip and the lady who was on the other side never asked me to do..But this rude guy just to satisfy his EGO asked me to stand on the side and fill the slip.. i told him again its ok i know the amount and I’m caring my id card and debit card also.. he was like I’M THE MANAGER you have to do it..This is not how you work in a service sector, needs to take some customer service interaction classes or keep his EGO/ATTITUDE home before he steps in his workplace. it’s like cmon i was having my own DSA and was having tie up with almost 60+ banks.. never been rude or this much stupid with any of the customers. I was not asking you to do anything for free or more rather then what BOFA is paying you for.LEARN TO BE A HUMAN

In preparation for our upcoming trip to England and Italy, we needed some GBPs and Euros. We do not have a checking or savings account at BofA, but are credit card holders. I brought in cash to exchange for foreign currency which is a little more difficult for the Bank than if we had a checking or savings account. Haden Rainey went out of his way to help with the transaction. He is truly a great example of customer service. He explained the process and set expectations for when the foreign currency would be available for pick up. I appreciate BofA and especially Haden for helping us.

Banker there did not want to open my account and did not tell me why. She just kicked me out of her office saying I had to call a number. She did not bother to call for assistance. Her name is Miriam and for what the other banker told me she was just there “helping out “ from another branch, yeah well thanks for the help. I had to book another appointment for two weeks and I was able to open my account just fine.

Haden is an excellent manager who is very personalable. He has a 20/ 20 vision where he acknowledges his customer and try to provide excellent customer service. I continue to come to this branch because of the kindness and friendly staff here where they make you feel as there own family.

Have been here twice. Zero chance a third time will occur. Before I make this next statement , let me preface by disclosing that I am of Indian descent. My father is from Kerala...back to this miserable bank: both times I have walked in..first to open a new account , and second to try again on another day (I live close to this branch) I was "greeted" by a cranky, pasted poor initiation of a smile, Indian woman. In addition, she was RUDE. She has the customer service skills of a stone. If she was a waitress at the Space Needle, only someone totally clueless would leave her a tip. No way she was having a "bad day" on the two separate times I entered. This woman was miserable. And it's shocking to me , how she could be put in a position to deal with customers?? She absolutely reeked of entitlement , as if BOA was doing me a favor of even letting me walk inside the front door. Whoever hired her , has to have their head examined.

Both banks in Redmond look beautiful but they are terribly lacking in real customer service, no drive though and I literally have to wait in a very long line usually over 20 minutes every time I visit. They usually have one to two tellers for 5 walk up areas. Wish they would put as much money into more customer service employees vs their remodeling

I opened up an account with the help of Kanaka Vepakomma. Kanaka was extremely patient and courteous during the technical difficulties we had with the system due to an app error that caused me to create two accounts while self-inputting my information. I appreciate the time she spent with us. She was also very informative and professional. Thank you!

Very rude customer service. They taunted a senior lady I know for not speaking fluent English instead of trying to provide her with the service she was asking for. I will officially complain on their website.

I got a *cashier's check* from this bank on a Saturday. It didn't validate with the vendor, who I've worked with before. The check printed on godawful paper, so scanners don't work, but even manually input data from the check doesn't lead to a valid payment.Because somehow in 2023 banks aren't open on Sundays, this means I don't have clarity on the status of the biggest payment of my life. I've tried calling Bank of America's customer support, and only the bank (which again, not open on a Sunday) can fix it.This is also like the third screw-up I've had from BofA this month.Bank of America is absolute trash, pick literally any other bank, or just stash cash under your mattress, it'll be safer.

I spent more than an hour here and was invited out twice, just because I didn't have an appointment. I don't think they should handle things for those who don't have an appointment a few minutes before there is a service appointment. This is terrible.

After having the second ridiculous experience at the Redmond Ridge branch I left a review describing the horrible customer service there, and obviously the Redmond branch as well.Thought I would take a few minutes and read many of the reviews at this branch. I absolutely love the response from the bank in almost every instance. Sorry we didn’t meet expectations or sorry about your inconvenience , if you need further assistance reach out to our online media help team.Wow ! As a branch manager this is the best response you guys can come up with to try and right an obvious failing philosophy? You sit in your office or walk around the lobby( witnessed by me numerous times) surveying the long line of customers and do absolutely nothing to try and help. One or two tellers, in most cases trying their best to service “Your” clients . And then there are those teller(s) that take for ever to complete a very simple transaction while the line gets longer. My wife and I have been BOA customers for many years and like many others , we have watched the customer service decline for years now. It simply seems like you really don’t care ? Do you, bank manager, ever read the reviews of your “Valued Clients”, you either don’t or simply don’t care as long as customers keep lining up in your branch. And PLEASE, don’t bother with your typical response of reaching out to our care team or media team or whatever catch name you are currently using. Maybe just do something to help with the problems ! Get more staff to handle the long line of very dedicated customers and or train some of the current staff on how to be more efficient. Just my opinion but if you keep doing what you are doing, you will likely not even need the amount of staff you currently have.I sincerely hope this post may help to move the dismal performance needle just a little. Do I really believe it will, probably not but I’m so much looking forward to one of the banks three scripted responses. This is one of those examples where apparently the only way change will ever happen is for your very dedicated and long time clients to show “You” the door. There are many other financial institutions out there that may just be looking to increase their client base and might just care a little more about them and show it by having a true customer care attitude. Thanks for listening,Terry

We had Jacqueline Perdomo as our banker and she was simply amazing. I have never met anyone so caring and committed to helping her clients as her. Thank you for making our experience incredible and effortless!
