10/10 services and techniques. I am a person who has difficulty in having blood drawn because my blood vessels are very thin. The nurse carefully searched for it first, and after not finding it, she made a warm pack to warm my hands for a few minutes, and then successfully drew blood in one go. The whole process was very careful, cautious, and professional. And I needed the blood sample to be frozen and shipped, and they took care of it all. I highly recommend it.

This location overbooks appointments, so I had to wait 30 minutes after my appointment time while only a single person working took blood, prepared blood and other packages, to be picked up for UPS. The place doesn’t look clean and sanitary, so I was already debating my decision to use the Redmond lab. What has pushed me over the line is that they told me I’ll receive an email in about 3 days on how to get my results. I received a same day receipt for my payment which confirms they have the correct email address. After 8 days of no email, I called their office. Their annoying ‘hold’ advertising message played for 100 minutes without them answering the hold call! Do yourself a favor and go to a different lab.
9/23/24 update: To provide more information per your response indicating you had already sent a registration email and I failed to register, there was no initial email! I verified this by double-checking inbox/trash/junk folders on the day I left my initial review per suggestion from Any Lab Test Now appointment operator. After receiving your email a few minutes ago and registering, the portal reads "You currently have no results." Unfortunately, this confirms my experience of working with the Redmond branch of Any Lab Test Now :-(

Here's is a update as of 09/20/2024.I received a call from "the lab" this past Monday and they wanted to know if I wanted to schedule a appointment, what the ?The phone call also stated that my refund request has been sent to the auditor.Uh I seriously think not.@1 day's as of today waiting on my refund for service that was not even available So as far as a reputable business, I recommend looking somewhere else.PAID FOR A SERVICE ONLINE 11 DAYS AGO FOR A SERVICE AND THEY DIDN'T HAVE WHAT i PAID FOR AND NOW I'M STILL WAITING ON MY REFUND . DON'T PAY AHEAD OR THIS GUY WILL KEEP YOUR CASH...THIS PLACE still sucks..

Had this done for my daughter at the location in redmond. She’s very experienced. I highly recommend if you are the type that doesn’t do well with having blood drawn.

Super helpful, polite and friendly. I was able to get a same day appointment and the process took less than 15 mins. Very painless process. They handled shipping it back to the lab for me!

Great experience. Walked in to complete labs with a mailed test kit. Very thorough checking all the details of the kit and quick and easy to get everything completed.

Convenient , affordable and very friendly staff. Much better than labcrops. I get urine drug test within 5 minutes - they do not accept any insurance but the it worth for 69 usd for saving time and mental health.
