Very Unhelpful when trying to get help with my dog who just had surgery and came home with fleas. They offered no help but to schedule him an appointment a month out! We have been going here for over 5 years. Very disappointed

Galaxy loves both her drs. She has seen. She gets snacks and lots of pets. They both have been Compassionate,very thorough, takes time and always makes sure all questions are answered. A very comfortable place. These pics were after her shots, they made her tired. Last pic is just her being beautiful ?

The clinicians are all very good. The clinic is not rushed. It’s clean and well maintained. While I wish there were still weekend hours, I’ll be willing to work around it.

Staff and dr were very nice to me and to my cat who is a maniac at the vets. They worked comprehensively and checked with me about budget constraints prior to proceeding. They even brushed Nancy out. Thanks to you all.

We absolutely love and trust all the doctors and staff at River Road Animal Hospital! They truly care about our fur babies and give us such quality care, advice, and expertise. They fit us in whenever they can and that means the world to us! We have been going to them for over seven years and heard of them through many friends' referrals. They have always had not only our dogs' best interest and health in mind but also ours!

I am new to the area and took my two cats in for their annual exams and necessary vaccines. I was very pleased with both of my visits. The staff was very friendly and effective in addressing the individual needs of each of my cats. One of my cats is very skittish. They were very accommodating, and sensitive to his needs during his visit. They did what was necessary, in such a caring way to make sure his experience was as comfortable and stress free as possible. And during both appointments I felt like the staff took care of my pet’s needs without trying to upselling, adding additional services that were not necessary. I am a long time pet owner and this is the best veterinary experience I have ever had.
