My husband, my newborn and I were on our way to get my car serviced and then to an appt when my car would not start. The engine wouldn't turn over what so ever. I used my insurance, GEICO, to get roadside assistance and they were so fast at locating someone and sending them to me immediately. My husband was scared it was going to take a while for them to arrive but I called dispatch, asked her if we had to be present and if she knew when someone would be coming. The gal was very kind and informed me that she had someone that would be coming to me immediately within 10-15 min. My husband and I patiently waited and kinda started getting antsy wondering where the tow truck was but I wanted to give him grace in case he got lost or something. Well, JJ was the person who helped us, he called me to inform me he was about 8-10 min away from me. I can't lie, I did get sassy with him and told him we were told he'd be here earlier but he explained to me that he needed to assist another coworker because they had broken down. I instantly felt bad for being such a jerk now and told him that we'd see him soon. As soon as JJ arrived, he was super professional and kind. He asked us what was wrong to double check, we explained, I handed him my car key and we were on our way! Super fast. Not even 5 min after leaving, JJ calls me and tells me he turned my car on!! My husband and I instantly felt stupid. I asked JJ how he got it to turn on, he explained and even offered to not tow the car to the shop anymore if we wanted to drive it instead. Since we had already left and it's through insurance, I just asked him to tow it to the shop so it can still get diagnosed to figure out what's going on. Overall JJ was amazing!

Brandon came to help us with our towing, he was very friendly, polite and he knows his job, we got our car back in our place safe. He did a fantastic Job... feel bad that he was getting all wet because was rainIng but we are very Thankful and apprexiate his Amazing Job. Thanks BrandonVioleta Larin

I have never had a bad experience with Puyallup towing. They are always very punctual, personable and reliable.They call and update you if they are ahead of schedule and their customer service skills are great.I have had the lovely pleasure of having John tow my car twice and both times he is friendly, quick and does his job flawlessly.I will always make Puyallup towing my go to towing company. They are great!

What was initially a bad day full of just pure inconveniences, Puyallup towing turned it back around quickly. I blew a tire on 507, right next to the spot my brother lost his life from a car accident. Couldn’t have been a worse spot when it comes to the safety of all involved, and my emotions. When the chipper voice came over the phone to introduce himself as Brandon, my heart sank, and I felt so relieved. Brandon was also my brothers name. Brandon was so friendly, compassionate, and professional. He took care of my vehicle, and made sure to get me and my car home safely. Thank you so much Brandon, and Puyallup towing!

I needed my car towed to a car repair shop for a gas leak. When I called and set up an appointment I was given a time they could pick up. When I told them what the repair was for they said they couldn’t tow it for me. I was told that the car is unsafe to drive with the gas leaking going on. So how am I supposed to get it to the shop?! Plus the lady on the phone was very rude about everything that was asked.

called them and told them there was a car parked on my property. they said no problem we'll come and take care of it. they come and say because only 2 out of 4 tires are on my grass they won't tow it. driver literally told me the y need to be parked right in front of my house next to the tree in my front yard. apparently you can park on my yard according to Puyallup towing. rude. in our community you are not even allowed to park on the street but I guess you can park in my yard.

Waited 3 hours only to have the wrong type of truck sent out I was told to call my insurance company and request another type of truck so here we sit hopefully not for three more hours

Driver did a good job of quickly picking up the vehicle but provided bad information. The driver said we could remove personal items from the car but that was not entirely true. You can take off non bolted parts so a roof rack or bike rack cannot be removed in their yard. Company was not understanding and unwilling to compromise due to the driver providing bad information. Not a good policy or customer service. Will not use again and would not recommend.

I've utilized these folks twice on non-related instances and for different needs. That first line is important because it sets up the next. Each instance of calling Puyallup Towing I was treated like the most important tow they've ever had. Courteous, understanding that each time I was in a situation where time and unique circumstances were taken into consideration. And each time I watched them drive away with my vehicle wishing every company I interfaced with would act half as good as this company. Should you need a tow, you now know where to go. Actually, you know who to call because you can't go if you need a tow. Puyallup Towing. ??
