Probably the worst postal office in Washington State. Recently, got a new mail carrier that has been super aggressive and rude, and really should be fired for not delivering my mail. 1.5 years and never had an issue, and now the last couple of months has been terrible. The post office itself is a waste of time. When my packages are never delivered, because my mail carrier is a jerk, the postmaster is useless and wont answer questions about why my packages were returned to the sender. Out of control. They really should just close this post office, because no one That works there cares. Not to mention, their hours suck.

Accidentally left an expensive pair of headphones in a package. I immediately paid to have it intercepted. The next morning I go in, they mailed off the package that morning anyway without checking. I asked why and they said it will get returned to sender (me). Package was never returned. It was delivered 1 week later. I asked for a refund for the package intercept and was basically told there’s no guarantee you’ll get a service you pay for and that any service you pay for has to say “money back guaranteed” to get a refund. USPS takes no responsibility for being lazy and is allowed to steal money from you by having you pay for services that don’t exist. Overall the people who work there are nice, but very unorganized and limited to poor quality conditions of USPS.

Had gone there to pick up a missed package. There was more than one employee but only one counter open- long line behind me. She grabbed my ticket and walked to the back, I could still see her she was standing there for 5 minutes playing on her phone before returning back to me. Super inefficient and time consuming. Poorly operated

Our business location only intermittently gets the expected mail, including checks from customers. We have complained multiple times to supervisors and the postmaster. Each time, we are assured they will do better, and each time they do nothing!

I have received mail that is not mine. I have left it in my mailbox and raised the flag. For the third day now, the flag is down and the wrong letter is still in the box. What am I supposed to do?

Still waiting for a package delivery. Two days now of "can't access your house". I guess they don't want to get out of the truck?
Update: it still happens. Can't be bothered to put the envelope in the box with the other mail. "We attempted delivery" is a blatant lie.

I had a problem with a package. Poulsbo called me even though I had marked to please email me. The guy on the phone told me there was nothing he could do about my issue, got rude then hung up on me when I told him I was going to report his rudeness. I see nothing has changed. Bad service as usual.

I drop off packages here probably 4 to 5 times a week. The service is always great. Even when the line is long it moves quickly. I rarely wait more than five minutes, including during the lunch hour. Postal clerks are always nice.

Worst customer service I've received at a post office. The clerks are incompetent with even something so simple as a change of address. I had to go back and forth with it verified it and the lady there told me my address was updated. I come to find out she never did it even with all the verification and forms properly submitted and lied to me. The clerks there need to be reprimanded and how rude they were. This has caused alot of stress not properly receiving important mail.

I am on the 4th missing package. Absolutely ridiculous. Try calling to talk to someone and no one answers the phone.

Usually our service is decent but this week has been unacceptable. I was supposed to receive a certified letter on Monday. I wasn't home so they left a notice. Now the letter is showing "on its way to next destination" and this status hasn't changed since Monday, it's now Saturday! Despite Friday being a holiday, another attempt should have been made to deliver this letter!

This place is a black hole! Constantly losing mail or taking a week plus to deliver something after it shows on informed delivery. We can go weeks without mail and then all of a sudden our box is overflowing with stuff that was mailed weeks prior. It took months to even get this post office to deliver mail on occasion as they refused to update their systems to reflect our address. The postmaster here is a joke and she just lets the staff get away with doing anything, which apparently is usually doing nothing.
